Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very friendly people. The car was very nice, clean and had lots of upgrade features. The prices were as quoted. I walked in, was immediately addressed. The attendant found my reservation. I needed to add GPS and that also worked fine.

As a minor irritation, I would have preferred getting the car with a full tank of gas rather than 3/4 with the proviso that I return it with 3/4 full tank.

The people there were extremely courteous. I got my car and drove it home to pack for an out of state trip. I noticed that the car had an expired plate on it and called. They told me that you have 30 days, but since I was going out of town, I did not want to take a chance so I asked if I could have another car. They brought me another car and I was soon packed and on my way. When I returned the car and got home, they called that I had left a wallet in the car! Drivers license, credit cards, etc. I was so very thankful that they found it and called me right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These people really work hard for you. With a little searching you can get discounts.

They tried to charge us for hail damage on a car we rented. My wife was with the kids and didn't look that close at the hood and top of car, she looked more for dents and scratches but when I got home I noticed slight dimples in the hood. I thought nothing of it because it was so light. I thought they must have noticed it and thought nothing about renting it to someone else. The thing is that night my wife told me the guy kept trying real hard for her to get their insurance. The sales guy most likely knew it had damage and tried to stick us with it! BEWARE.

they worked with our insurance company to get us a car while ours was being fixed. They where very courteous, quick and got us a great deal.

The car was ready for pick up immediately after our insurance company called them.

Will certainly go back to them again!
