An airport shuttle is a van or bus that transports people to and from an airport. Smaller van shuttles usually provide door-to-door service from whatever address the customer provides to the proper terminal and door. They make a limited number of stops, and usually have a maximum of under 10 passengers. There are larger shuttle buses and coaches, especially in major metropolises like Las Vegas, that only make stops at a few popular locations, i.e. hotels or convention center, and cost a fixed rate depending on the stop, that is generally a few dollars less than shared-ride shuttle costs.
