        Overall

        The neighbors are horrible. They make our lives hell by smoking cigarettes all day long, and it bleeds into our apartment through our air conditioner and back window. We cannot sleep at night because they will smoke till very late, and it gets so bad we cannot breathe in our own room. Do not live here if you don't smoke.
