Told me he'd be there in 10 minutes and he was. Timely service scored big points with me. He dropped me off at home, and then took my car to the garage for repair. Rick was friendly, professional and fantastic.

Terrible Service! He towed my car to his house instead of the tow yard- argued with him about the cost-charged me $160 to get my car back after i already had someone coming to get my car-plus he had no one to get my car from his house after i got the money to get it..so i had to wait extra time to pick my car up because he failed to bring it to the tow yard!! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! All other tow companies i have called have people in their lots so we can pick up the cars right away! And he said if it sits there for more then today he will charge storage fees!! Yea-RIP OFF!!
