Just bought a new tire and tube for our ATV. We drove an hour and a half and spent $135. Unfortunately we won't be ready to ride tomorrow because Polaris in Katy said they didn't have time to install the new tire on the rim. Thanks so little Polaris
I was purchasing my 4th BMW (X6,X5,X3,X4)from them and as usual it went well. They treated me with the most respect and never try even once to push anything on me that I did not ask for. But then again if I asked for it why push it. Got a great interest rate and even did most of the paper work at home. The service I have gotten then has always been grate. LR in Sales and Earl have treated me with the very best professional service. Talk to Earl about his Track son and LR about his daughters and they are butter in your hands. These guys will find you the right Car.
Even though I purchased my Suzuki V-Strom in Maryland the guys in the Polaris West Parts Dept, especially Matt and Ken Haley, the Service Manager, have always been very helpful whenever I visit. Ken is even trying to help me to convince Suzuki to replace an item that I have had an issue with for some time. Even though my warranty just ran out Ken has agreed to speak to Suzuki and ask them to replace it out of goodwill. If I had known about Polaris West before I bought my bike last year I would have probably bought it from them.8-20-2016 Update:Just spoke to Ken. Suzuki has agreed to replace my rear rack even though my warranty had expired. Can't thank Ken and the guys at Heyser Cycles in Maryland enough for all their support and efforts to resolve this issue. This also goes to prove that Suzuki really do support their customers. Well done guys! Great job.
My son posted his bike for sale on Craig'slist. It was a year old and in excellent condition. He got a call from Polaris West saying they needed used bikes and would pay him what he wanted or close to it. After an hour drive to their place and an hour wait, we were low balled to the tune of 40% of the asking price. After having a few choice words with their sales manager and a couple others (I don't think they expected dad to come along, they expected to deal with a kid that just wanted money in his pocket) we loaded up and went home, never, ever to return again. Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH POLARIS WEST of KATY.They are a bunch of scum looking to put the screws to you. They don't even deserve one star. Also, by the looks of the inventory on hand, I don't expect they'll be in business much longer.
I spent hours going through their inventory list to pick the car I am interested in, and had some communications with their internet sales manager prior to my visit to this dealership. I was asked to come by to check those cars that I previously inquired about. So I did. But only being told by the sales associate not to come here with the list of six cars. I already discussed about those six cars with his sales manager and explain why I am interested over phone and emails. Nothing was communicated to the sales associate at the showroom. I was told by the sales assistant to come here with only one or two cars at most to check after enough studying the cars I want. He even made offensive comments including his response to my question related with discount possibly different from car to car. To make the story short, after listening to his complaints and waiting for hour and a half, I could not see a single car from the list.
750 LI, I have been taking it to this BMW dealer for the past 1 1/2 yrs. Jeb does not care (Be aware that if its free you are not expected to hold them accountable for there lack of work). Jeb made it clear that if its a free or courtesy service& its either not done or 1/2 done. That okay because it FREE. He also informed that he has to pay his technicians so how could he pay them if we are getting a "courtesy service" All I was asking is that they fix what they said they did when I DID "pay" for the service& I DIDNT get. I have payed thousands of $$ for SERVICE &clearly they have lied about what they are saying they are checking .They Diagnosed my car ( of which i still had to pay the $165 fee)and came back with $7500. I asked them to just give me my car& I would be on my way. They didn't even screw my engine cover on & they lost some kind of clamps. Momentum BMW only charged me $600. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. BMW OF WEST HOUSTON :: YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THE BMW NAME
I have given this place 4 chances with my car to have service work done and every time it is always something. It either takes 30 minutes to an hour to drop the car off (with an appointment), I never get phone calls from the service advisers as to when the car is done or what work is recommended (I have to continue to call for updates), it takes another 30 minutes to and hour to pick the car up, and finally it seems like the service advisers have a poor attitude about taking care of customers. I really get a sense that your business is not appreciated or they have better things to do instead of taking care of paying customers.
Wow,I asked for a tow and the guy was being a total fool
GM is extremely rude and has no personal skills. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. The car I purchased already had the service light on as we were driving away. We went back and were told it would "go away" (which it didn't). Took over a week to get a hold of anyone to be told "what do you want us to do about it?". Don't go here.
