Talk about convenience! I just started using this cleaners. They have a 24 hour drop box which is perfect for me because I leave home very early to go to work so on my way to work I just drop it off and I pick my garments up the same day after 5pm on my home. Plus the attendant was very polite and professional. Service was prompt and my garments came back clean and smelling fresh.

I absolutely love this cleaner! Been here several times and they are doing great on my clothes and my husband's clothes. The service is extremely friendly, and they take extra care of our clothes. The alteration is perfect.. never have any complaints about it, the tailor is really good at what she does. Do recommend this place!! good prices and good service.
I have used this company's services for over ten years, but will never do so again. Although they are fast and fairly inexpensive, I have just had too many problems with their service. On several occasions I have had clothes returned to me with large unexplained stain that the owner insists were already there when I brought the clothes in. I also received several items back over the years with rips that were not there when dropped of. The final straw was when my order was short by to expensive pairs of dress slacks (this was not the first time), the owner called me a liar, saying that she personally counts every order and she is never wrong and it's just too bad. She would not even look for the lost pants, turned her back to me and waved for me to get out. When I told her that I was never coming back, she just shrugged nonchalantly and smiled.
I love to see the sweet faces of the sisters that work in the Spring Green Katy location. They provide excellent customer service, always going above and beyond the call of duty.
Warning. Please stay away from this place. I been taking my business casual clothes for over 5 months despite all the bad reviews. At first it was ok. Then one day 3 of my shirts appeared cute close to the neck area. I talk to the owner he apologize and offered me to fix the shirts for free. Out of the 3 one cannot be wear anymore and he promised it wouldn't happen again. Well it happened again in 3 new shirts I got during Christmas and the owner is nowhere to be found.UPDATE: the owner contacted me and offer me to pay for 2 of the shirts!
They have a 24 automated service but it does not work. The machine broke when i tried to pick up my clothes on Sunday, they were closed. I called them and asked for a partial refund but they were rude and said, "you could have picked them up during the week". No, i couldn't pick them up during the week, that's why i chose them because they have a 24 hour automated service! -Rude-They don't value customer service-Expensive compared to other dry cleaners
After using their service for over a year. Notice price seemed to go up. Discovered they charge you for items not given. When confronted, they offer no resolution and hope you go away.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Took two suits in, and they damaged both. Claimed they both came in that way. They fixed the two buttons they broke, but there's no way to fix the collar they ruined. I've had the suit for ten years, with no dry clean trouble. And all of a sudden, the fabric is faulty and the shrinkage is not their fault? My wife (who knows fabric quite well) says the felt backer was shrunk by an over-aggressive presser. Be that as it may, I now have a $350 dollar jacket with a collar that fits someone else's suit. But here's the sad part... Dry cleaners are not hurt by bad service, because they have a continual rotation of new customers who don't know better. Let the buyer now beware.
I FELT LIKE I WAS WALKING IN BAD SIDE OF KATY. WORKERS WHO REPREENT THE COMPANY I MIGHT SAY WITH TATTOOS' ALL OVER. REPRESENTATIVES WHO WORK THERE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. BUT THEN AGAIN WHEN YOU SEE WHAT YOUR WORKING WITH YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.
