If there was an option for zero stars, I'd give that. This company was absolutely horrible. They showed up, disassembled our entire showerhead assembly, left to "order a part" that would arrive in 1-2 days. 8 WEEKS later, after probably 20 unreturned phone calls (the secretary would answer and tell us someone would be in touch with us right away... NOT), with shower parts still all over the place, they informed us that they couldn't find the part. We purchased a new showerhead for them to install and indicated that the timeframe over which such a simple fix had been dragged out was plain ridiculous and expected this to be either free or significantly less expensive. They say they'll be there Monday to fix it. I take off work Monday, no one shows up and we call in the late afternoon. They say that we're not scheduled for tomorrow and promise that it'll be first thing Tuesday morning. Well, 1:30 PM Tuesday afternoon they show up wanting $200 more than the original price. We told them we'd find someone else. Absolutely horrible company. They could seriously improve their customer service and punctuality.
