Very rude and unprofessional office staff. Hung up on me several times when I was inquiring about arrival of their unit as we had already paid via comp check for the tow unit. Cursing and just down right disrespectful. Kelly and Bobby are the persons that are handling the phones there at this office.


UPDATE: THIS IS A SCAM..... BROKERED OUT TO ANOTHER TOW COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY QUOTED 730 DOLLARS AND ALL THE DRIVER HAD TO DUE WAS ARRIVE TO LOCATION AND THE DRIVER WOULD BE PAYING HIM DIRECTLY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
