Very bad customer service. They never have anyone available to talk to, no one ever answers the phone and we cannot leave a message due to voicemail always full. I was trying to pay my HO association via phone since they do state to call and make a payment by phone. I called for days and no one picked up.

Approx 10-15-2017 i asked Pharmacy dept for my deceased father's Rx records,,,it has been a giant hassle,,along with Corporate offies don't know how to handle this,,they claim no one has ever requested such info,,,as of 11-05-2017 i have not gotten to 1st base yet,,,sad

In October of 2014 my mom was diagnosed with cancer. On Christmas Eve of 2014, I realized the hospice company we were using had forgot to restock the incontinence for my mom's needs. I called this Kroger store around 8 PM and the recorded message said that they would be open till 9 PM. When I arrived at the store at 8:45 there was a woman standing at the entrance telling everyone that the store was closed and they weren't letting anyone in. She said they were letting their employees leave early for Christmas. I told her about my moms situation and that I had called and the store phone message said they were open till 9 PM but she still wouldn't let me in. I went to Randall's on Mason Blvd. and they were closed already. I didn't try to go anywhere else though because everything else was too far by then and I had to get back home. My mom had to make due with what we had to deal with at home and Kroger made a bad situation worse. I will NEVER set foot in this Kroger again.

My mother went in a few days ago and asked for $60 cash back at the register. The cashier forgot to give it to her. My mom went back in to ask about it about 2 days later. The manager checked and saw they were $69 over that day, but told my mom she had to check with her credit card company for the exact time she came in so they could watch the security tapes before they would give her her money. So, she went home to contact the credit card company. When she returned to this store, the manager had just started a one hour meeting and the lady at customer service tells my mom that "Oh yeah, the manager made a mistake. They were $69 under, not over, that day". My mother said no, that manager showed her the paper showing they were $69 OVER. They never looked at the security footage. So, they have stolen $60 from my mother, and apparently, $9, from other people. I work in customer service and this is HORRIBLE customer service.
