The design looks pretty but shoddy work electrically. Several plants(fountain grass) , eleven months later are not appropriate for the spacing in gardens. Fountain pump does not work properly and I have been electrocuted by simply unplugging it once it stopped and attempting to reset. Now, eleven months later a hole the size of a nickel has blown from the wiring through the back of the transformer and needs to be completely replaced. I am not the original owner who paid for the work ($28K) but have lived in the house for the last six months and have called and emailed this business asking questions and trying to understand how the electrical side works but get no where. I had them install a new sprinkler controller and the tech who did it took the rain sensor off my roof and must have ripped it from the connector to the sprinklers because it shut down the sprinklers on one whole side of my yard. I used another company to repair and add other zones. Business I would have given CJ's had they chosen to return calls and keep communication open. I may not be the original owner but in the last two months have spent $13,500. on my yard with other companies. CJ's told me they won't transfer the warranty and I have never asked them to but don't you think a good company would at least help you with the thought of continuing a relationship and future business. So with that all said...would I use them....NO! there are too many other good companies that care enough to maintain your business to deal with one that can't even answer a question how to reset the transformer. 3-21-13UPDATE.....Finally met Chris the owner today and he did reimburse me for the transformer and answered my questions except for one about GFCI on transformer. Also, was reimbursed for damage to my sprinkler when his guy ripped the wires to sprinkler head. At this point I will increase the rating to three stars until next episode.
