After numerous phone calls to ATT, going to another store, and having to go back to a different store finally someone could help us. Because I had to assume my brother's account due to his passing, I couldn't get anyone to talk to me without a code, password, etc. All I had was a bill for him which I wanted clarified. A very kind, patient, and helpful employee, Ateef Ali, corrected the problem very quickly and without undue stress. My thanks to him.
