I'm writing this review because I think there must have been a change in management and I strongly feel that the older, poorer reviews are now obsolete. I had a couple of excellent experiences working with Jesse, William and Garrett. To diagnose a problem they charged me not a single penny. To repair a damaged port, a different repair shop quoted $350. Low Cost Geeks quoted $90, and that too, only if successful. Job was completed two days ahead of schedule too. Another time, they attempted to restore a failed hard drive. Though it was unsuccessful, they referred me to a clean room repair center and charged me nothing for the diagnostic labor.These gentlemen are so friendly, polite, professional, reasonable and fair-priced. They are very patient while I ask my bazillion questions. I get really stressed thinking about computer problems. But knowing Low Cost Geeks is there to help with fast, friendly and fair service, my mind is much more at peace.
I cancelled my contract 2 days into it. It has been horrible ever since, I was told I didn't owe anything but received a bill for over $1400! You can't get anyone from corporate to answer any questions, the manager of this store is disappointing at best and will make you wait for no apparent reason other than he doesn't want to deal with you, the district manager doesn't return calls, the employees are extremely unprofessional. Let's not forget I waited 4 1/2 hours to get my 3 phones activated. Go to a flagship store if you want to be with Sprint, me personally, I switched to Verizon. A lot more professional and they actually know how to work the phones they sell!
Have had several problems since day one. Every time I went back into store to deal with problem they said "no p[roblem, we'll tack care of it". they never took care of any problems. After four months of dealing with them the store manager said "you signed the contract and it has been more than the thirty days allowed to cancel the contract" so they is nothing he would do. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT GO HEREThis place charged me $2.54 for a package (padded envelope) in late January, It is February 17 and I just got the package back in the mail with the stamp 'RETURNED FOR POSTAGE'. All it had was a stamp. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.UPS or FedEX might be a little more, but they will not be stealing your moneyThis store is just pocketing the money.COMMON CRIMINALS

Cheaper than other computer outfits but definitely not worth the trouble. Brought in my HP laptop to have the fan replaced. In the process: 1. they hooked up the hard drive the wrong way: HD not recognized by the system 2. they had other data cables unhooked 3. they damaged the video camera cable to the point it's not recognized by the system anymore 4. microphone not working anymore 5. several error messages (USB device not recognized, etc) popping up continuouslyI had to drive back 4 times and the video camera is still not fixed, error messages still showing. Promised to replace the damaged video cable more than 2 weeks ago: still waiting.Stay away, not worth the trouble.
Wow- That Lexx guy who wrote the negative review must be on something. I'm on a fixed income and have always had a great experience at Computer Clinic. I'd like to hear his description of the owner. Maybe he's mistaken about where he went. I've never heard anyone there even raise their voice. They have saved me quite a bit of money and have always beenvery friendly. If Lexx is such an IT specialist,why didn't he fix his Dad's computer?
The people at this location are nice and were easy to work with. Great service! I took my laptop in for a broken screen. i thought it would cost too much to replace and would have to buy a new laptop. But no, the screen was repaired at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with their services.
