This is the worst “childcare” facility I have ever encountered. I use the word “care” lightly. That is not what happens here. Children are left to cry themselves to sleep. If you question Nura on children being left to cry, she says “parents need to understand this is a daycare and we have other children here.” My daughter lost her voice in 3 hours due to being NEGLECTED by Nura and her “employees.” The following day my 7 month old baby was not FED for 7 hours. I gave instructions and sent food with my 7 month old child. When I questioned Nura, her responses were defensive. She BLAMED my child. She claimed the baby was fussy and wouldn’t eat. Odd that no one tried to soothe a “fussy baby” with a bottle. I quickly caught her in a lie. There was not an attempt to feed my baby. Nura is stretching herself thin. She is unable to care for the amount of children she permits to her facility. (Over the state permitted amount) My expectations were to FEED my child. Comfort her when needed. Care for my child. This seemed simple to me. I understand the appeal of 24 hour care, but your children deserve better. This place is great for parents who do not question or know any better. There is no excuse for not feeding a child. You are damaging those babies. You should take accountability for your shortcumings. You can not care for babies. That is a dangerous atmosphere. Parents, I hope you see through Nura’s defensive responses to negative reviews. She fails to take accountability for her “business.” I am not trying to “damage your business.” I am warning parents of the harm you cause. And I hope future/current parents remove their children from this toxic environment. I am disgusted. After the first three hours I realized something was wrong with the facility. I thought maybe my daughter wasn’t adapting to the new environment. I sent my children back for another day. 12 hours total. That’s all I needed. My children were removed.

My son recently started at Forever Fun Childcare and I have to say that this is the best that happened to me and my child. Since my husband and me have difficult schedules meeting Nura have been a blessing! She is so lovely and kind. When I met her for the first time I notice that all the kids love her and that was what made me take the decision to choose them.
My grand daughter loves Nura. She was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and finding Nura has been a life saver. Since she was a nurse she understands and can administer her insulin. Actually my granddaughter chose Nura and loved her from the first moment she walked into her home. As a parent or grandparent you can't ask for anything better. Additionally I appreciate the fact that Nura is doing it the right way, getting all of her State Licensing, etc. which makes us feel even more secure with leaving our little girl with her.
My daughter started here recently and I couldn't be happier! Nura is so amazing and professional, my daughter loves going which makes me as a mother feel so at ease!
My favorite part about this school is the team. Miss Ginger has been there for years, and the director Miss Ruby is so nice! They are so on top of everything that happens in the school. Super happy!
I am actually a parent at treehouse academy and I love the curriculum, staff and management.. I have a 4 year old and also a 20 month old and I must say as I was bringing my child in on the same day "Lisa" (previous person who commented on this site) she was dropping her child off and keep in mind her issue is safety(why leave your child there if that's your concern)..manegment makes it their business to satisfy everyone! My 4 year old has learned and blossomed so much and her teacher is super awesome, which she was in the same class with "Quennel" (previous person who commented) and I must say my daughter has complained so many times about that kid so better he left than we..you can't please everyone but the families you have you guys are doing awesome keeping them! I appreciate everything you've done for the past almost 5 years of my family's life
The experience was good to begin with. Interested, caring, and engaged teachers Since then, staffing changes have completely altered the environment. We have been to a number of daycares due to frequent relocating. Our daughter has never been bitten or scratched as regularly as she is here or faced hygiene issues as severe. At least two times a week. Once we were told she scratched her own face, this was unlike our daughter and only when pressed did the admins admit the teacher did not see her scratch herself and another child likely did. They blatantly lied until confronted! Onother occasions they simply did not report biting and we were only notified when we saw the bite marks.Recently we were told her cup was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The amount of mold and debris we observed must have built up over weeks. This was the cup she drank out of everyday. There are also now significant cleanliness issues. The facility nearly always smells strongly of feces. If you want your children to be happy, safe, and healthy, do not send them here.
This is a terrible daycare. There is absolutely no academic curriculum for the kids. They make the kids take a nap from 11:30am to 2pm which is extreme. The director does not manage the daycare or staff well.My 5 year old son was kicked in chest and thrown off the top of a slide by a 9 year old kid. My son developed a hematoma on his chest. No incident report was filed. When I showed the director my son's chest she stated the 9 year old kid has special needs. When I questioned her why was the 9 year old kids playing with the 5 year old kids, she stated they were short staff due to the holiday. (Unacceptable) She blew me off and kept saying the 9 year old kid has special needs. The school should assign an aid to kids with special needs. Other kids should not be placed in danger because the school doesn't have adequate staffing.
