This is how my pizza was delivered to me. It looks like it fell out the box and was replaced sloppy. I took the photo right in front of the delivery guy and told him that i wasn’t eating that. I got in my car and took the pizza to show the manager. The manager I spoke to was nice, she had to go to her manager because I asked for a refund. Well that manager wasn’t so nice, she never came out to speak with me and she told the manager that’s how it was put in the box. One worker that heard everything offered to personally reduce my order herself. I said ok cause she was very nice. At the end of the day I was satisfied, BUT my order was delivery and I still had to leave my house. I wish I knew the employee name who helped me great customer service from her, thank you!

Pizza is ok BUT....for the past year the workers act as if they do not want to be there. For the 3rd time in a month, I have had to wait for over 10 minutes at the pickup window because the car in front of me has placed an order (or were waiting for their order). They didn't make them pull forward. I had to go inside to get my pizza and it was soggy. I have spoke to an asst manager each time but they don't even remotely care. I guess this Pizza Hut doesn't want my money any more, even though I have bought pizza there every week for years. I will go to the Russell Pkwy store.
