Regal Cinemas

I love the new recliners. I got awesome service even after trading my tickets in twice. The thing that erked me is maybe beyond their control, unless they monitor seating. We went there twice already & each time bought ahead with our seating selection chosen. Also both times people were already in our seats. Mind you they are already seated and look at us like "and what" or "too bad". I think people in general should be more courteous about things like that. Also that if the theatre is selling tickets in this fashion, they should take care in managing the seating arrangements. Prices for food seems to have doubled also.
