Never written a review but so mad I have to on one. Tried to buy oil and filter and purchase from the automotive dept. their system declined my card 3 times before I said sorry and left only to find out I was charged the $31 and never got the product, returned twice to retrieve my refund for the false transaction and they just told me that it would come off after their accounting dept. received the transaction and "took care of it". I hate to be petty but I will shop ANYWHERE but Walmart if I can help it from now on. Sorry walmart, you used to be great

Do not go here. I spent $106 on a ring for my mother expecting the diamond to stay in place. Not even a week later, the diamond falls out. I call them asking what can be done and they told me if I don't have my receipt they will not return it (even though there is evidence it was bought since it had to be sent out to be resized) and that since I had no warranty plan they will not fix it. I was never mentioned a warranty plan prior to buying the ring. When I spend that kind of money, I expect the diamond to stay intact! Horrible customer service and I was transferred 4 different times, 3 minutes waiting period each time. I use to go here all the time and now I'll make sure I never come back. I'll make sure to let everyone I know about this horrible service. Take your money elsewhere and buy your jewelery, food and other items somewhere else!
One of the best Walmart stores in the Metro area. A very clean store. They also handled the Black Friday (Thursday evening) sales event, quite well. Too many people in the parking lot and in the store but everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even the customers were helping one another.
This store is a joke. I was never trained was just dumped on the floor my second day they are very under staffed.and treat thier employees like garbage.even thier new hires! I basically was doing the work of five employees in many different departments and was pulled by customers and managers to many differnt areas.none of the managers were on the same page. I finally felt too overwelmed by getting the third degree that i was not in my department to help other chustomers or straighten that area when trying to assistant other customers with thier needs because the couldnt find any help. Its a shame. No one can be twenty places at once. One customer needed assistance in paint i tried my absoulute hardest to assist him even tried to page help to that dept. (No clue how to page over the phone due to lack orlf training ) i ended up calling four depts befkre i got some one to answer the phone and page for assistance. They page no one come the customer come back to me i apologize set my last item on shelf to and stand up and thiers (justin)a store mngr i was relieved i thought until i got fired for not knowing how to mix paint i wasnt even trained in that dept let alone my own. The whole time im getting the third degree from him he had an attitude as i tried to explain i was told my several mngrs i was mainly supposed to be on my dept i went out of my way to help every customer any where and i did all i could for that customer i even walked isles when no one came after tha page for assistance. Just trying to find anyone that could possibly locate whoover was in that dept. Every shift i worked there were no associates on paint. That customernleft upset. Not the first for that dept i know! He had the nerve to tell ke i shouldve tried to mix paint and help with whatever a sealent is. :( its a complete joke. I tried to keep calm i talked to two different mngrs before him that said theyd talk with him before they left about how many mngrs were telling me differnt things and that i wasnt trained. They reassuted me everything would be ok and when i tried tellong him he just had this nasty smirk on his face and he clearly didnt care. I tred calling the next day talked to another mngr and they said theyd talk to justin and call me back. Never did. I called personall wanda the lady that hired me and thetes mothing she can do. No WONDER WHY THEY HAVE SUCH A HIGH TURNOVER RATE AND ABSOULTELY NO ASSOSCIATES. WALMART IS GETTING HORROBLE. THREE LANES OPEN AND LINES OF THIRTY PPL in each lane ive waited in line for thirty minutes now. Oh and ran onto justin he made a smart allic remark like hmmm when he saw me. How rude!! So disrespectful. How did he end up being a mngr?he doesnt deserve it!! Walmart is the worst place to be employed!!
Do not go to the salon, Ray charles could of done a better job than this girl, but the good thing was out of all this is that I found someone a whole lot better and am very Happy with my hair now. Soffia Via in overland park is an Awesome salon :) Well worth the distance.
