Terrible service so far. Had a couch delivered and set up as they were bringing it in the door they struggled and had torn up my vinyl flooring, I literally haven’t even moved in yet and they have ruined my floor and the boy said I’d have to get a hold of the boss and I’ve called and left messages and no one has taken responsibility for this and I’m very unsatisfied until it is resolved
Received 8 monthly deliveries of medical supplies from 24/7 Express Logistics. Was not one month that they didn't screw up the delivery. From arriving on the wrong day, arriving earlier than the delivery window, and shorting me on supplies multiple times to the delivery driver backing into the side of my garage, this company should receive zero stars.When I called because I was shorted supplies yet once again today, Amy told me I needed to take my concerns to the medical supply company, not 24/7, and hung up on me. Wen I called back and asked the operator for Amy's supervisor, Amy got back on the phone, yelled at me & hung up on me again.Bottom line, NONE of the glowing claims 24/7 makes on its website are true. Find another delivery company.
American World Forwarders, INC. (AMNW) booked my household good shipment and hired a local agent, Hi-Line Moving Services, Inc. I was provided two phone numbers for American World Forwarders Inc. One does not work and I have left multiple messages on the other line. No calls have ever been returned. My Required Deliver Date was yesterday, 25 May 2016, in the Fort Campbell area. Hi-Line has not contacted me since 18 June. I called yesterday and they informed me my HHG were still stored in the Kansas area and they had not found a hauler. With minimal research I found Hi-Line Moving Company has a C- rating from the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org). According to BBB.org, Hi-line has failed to respond to one dispute and did not make a good faith effort to resolve another. AMNW does not fulfil their obligations and subcontracts work to other companies who do not fulfil the commitments.
We just had a couch delivered, and in the process, the individuals delivering it left it on the patio in the rain and it is SOAKED. They needed to take off our back door so that the couch would fit, fine, but they didn't cover the couch up with a tarp or bring it back to the truck, they just left it out! They even had the audacity to charge the full cost of the delivery!
