This is the worst USPS location on the planet. SLOW as hell. They have no sense of urgency and they are in NO rush to get the line going. Sad they get paid by the hour l. SLOW SLOW SLOW.
I absolutely have NEVER dealt with soo many problems with a buisness my entire..I have had too many packages that were being sent out never received,I have also not received a lot of packages that were sent to me. Every time I called I was basically told it was not their fault and somehow would flip and it would in some way be my fault. I also called once because my outgoing mail was NOT getting picked up,and the lady said to me "If your NOT receiving mail they do not have to pick it up" I seriously couldn't believe she said that to me. I KNOW there has to be somebody their taking packages....And it needs to stop!!!!!
The staff NEVER answers the phone, all the employees are rude and unhelpful. They are understaffed as well. Will never be returning to this post office ever again. Will only use UPS and FedEx from now on. Only reason these employees there even still have their job is because it's the public sector and the employees don't have any reprucssions for being rude and unhelpful because there is no oversight and simply NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT CARES. No wonder they are on the verge of being dismantled. The private sector could run circles around them
Now I can truly understand the dis-satisfaction of the American public with the United States Postal Service, this office shed new light on how Unprofessional people can be. The "I dont care attitude" the "Oh well" syndrome and the OMG I forgot to take my paxil moments this office has. Dont bother calling there Consumer Affairs line, you will have to listen how long they have been with the company along with the "i dont care" and im "oh so sorry, i will let them know a complaint was filed". Ok so then what was the result? If your sending packages send via UPS or FedEX, avoid this office on westport! They loose your packages, Im sure someone from there is so much enjoying my brand new items in there home.
Management of post office in dealing with their employees and customers not handle well. Supervisors need to take class in Caring Is The Key. When problem arise at this post office nothing is done swept under the rug. Carriers are real nice and professional. Supervisors need training from their carriers. I wish I could rate this Zero but you can't.
Your mail is always backed up and late. You need to stop letting your employees get there friends hired and start hireing people that need a job and that wants to work. And back to your employees there not wanting there friends there because they need a job. They get there friends hired so they can gossip all damn day and cause the delay in the mail being sent out. And to whom this May concern. There are a lot of other people that agree with me. So I strongly suggest you make a very very big change at that post office. And just in case you don't know the one I'm talking about. Well the one that's in question sets at 75th & Troost. And like I said before I'm not the only one that feels this way. So make some changes foreal !!!!!!!!!!.
