Spent $1200 bucks to get two tattoos covered up which were all jacked up from another shop. We went to Jeremy, because he supposedly loves cover ups and is supposedly awesome with them. It was very important that these terrible tattoos were completely covered. So now after two sessions each, we both can still see the old tattoos, right through the new one. Just awful. We are in shock and awe. Trying to express your concerns to Jeremy, he just instantly let's you know he is the "Artist" and won't let you get a word in edge wise. I was told that I was to picky......Yeah when I am spending $1200 dollars you bet I am. Money isn't the object, the work is. I would have paid $3000 to get these covered and most likely now will, upon finding the next artist. Yay...... The second he put the stencil on and seen it did not cover up my old tattoo, he should have said, we need to find something else, because this is not going to do it. But no, he is in too much of a hurry to make the ultimate buck, versus, wanting his work to be top notch. I know it sucks to fix someone else's screw up, but don't claim to do it if you can't or don't wish to do it. One thing that surprised me, is they do not offer free touch ups, within one year after the tattoo being done. You know, you can lose ink, during the healing process and you would think they would stand behind their work and they don't . And since you did not cover it up the first time, for what you charged me, you should make it right in the second sitting, not charge me again! I am not an artist, but I do know enough about shading, color saturation and the like. His shading is like backwards. Where it should be light, he shades dark. Where it should be light, he shades dark. I pointed out, every spot that was visible from the old tattoo and told him I really need it covered to rid ourselves of the bad memory. For me, I was not in the chair, any longer than 30 minutes. He touched areas I was not worried about and did not concentrate on the areas I was concerned about. I have 5-10 other pieces I want to get and it won't be happening here. So Jeremy your need to make a quick buck, cost you thousands. Now all we can hope is we can find someone, who cares about their art, customer satisfaction and will listen to us. This time, I won't be as hasty in my decision on who it will be. Research people, before committing to it. We went in for a consult, he bashed other shops, looked at our tattoos for seconds, then asked for a deposit??? WTF? A deposit for what? You were not drawing anything for us? I was hoping so badly, he was "The One" for all future pieces.....$1200 bucks down the drain. UPDATE: Now that we are all healed up after 4 weeks, we both have some crazy scarring from the work that was done. On all our other tattoos, we have no scarring at all. It looks like Jeremy went to town on us with a chain saw!

Great artist, Got my first tattoo here. I was super nervous. The artist was great they took their time I was in and out in an hour it was a really small piece for my sister.
Chris did a great job with my husbands tattoo. Dana was rude beyond belief. I became emotional while waiting to get a tattoo that honored my two boys who are wheelchair bound. She said she “didn’t do emotional”. I’m sorry if honoring my awesome non-able bodied children was degrading to her. I can’t believe her lack of compassion and general ability to act like she cared for anybody there. You would think a tattoo artist would be willing to share in the emotional attachment of a persons tattoo. I guess if you want a tattoo, spur of the moment, that means nothing to you- she might do okay. My advise is to avoid her at all cost.

I got my tounge peirced here. The lady who did it was prettt unprofessional and even had me hold the clamp on my tounge myself because she forgot something. 3 days later the balls were constantly coming off the peircing because she failed to screw them on properly. I called up and they said i couldnt get it done again for free because they warn everyone to be careful because the balls could come off. Never got that warning and that shouldnt happen anyway. I guess thats what i get for paying 20 for a peircing.
I'm 16 and went with my mom to get my septum pierced. The service was great. And the atmosphere was wondering really nice people they were very professional about the entire process. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Loren, dude, you gotta get your sh!t together. I'm currently sitting in my truck so you can do the last of 5 sessions on my wife's back. I don't feel like I can go in for fear of saying something. Never once have we been able to come in at the time of our appointment, we have been pushed back hours, 4 the last time, and we are up to 2 and a half as of now and still waiting. The best part is, in both of the most recent two situations, neither one of the "clients" we were forced to wait on were there when we arrived for our scheduled time. The last time we came in we could have been out and done with the session before your wife's friend finally showed up. Did she even pay? We did and have and will even do so today...a lot. Your lack of respect for my time and my wife's speaks volumes to the type of person you really are. My wife and I were early on every occasion, let that speak for mine. No, I will not be getting my arm done with you and no, I will not be paying for my wife to return for future work. Yes, I have been and will continue talking to people about my disappointments.
I took my girlfriend to get her first tattoo here and we got the artist Brent, first of all he doesn't like to listen about how you want the tattoo and was talking to him didn't help at all. And he was talking down on her because she couldn't get the entire tattoo finished in one appointment, not to mention he was very heavy handed. Now it's been a week and I have been doing the after care for her and I have been applying aquafor on it 2+ times a day and she has gotten an infection in the tattoo and it is starting to flake off! I will be going up there and demanding my money back!

Awful. I went in there wanting to try a new place, due to the fact that the guy I used to get my piercings from moved out of state. I sat down and watched her grab an unsterile needle that was just sitting on the counter to pierce my nose. I'm absolutely disgusted by this place!
