I was shopping in garden center, there were Gerber daisy, 3, 4ft sections marked $2.98, what a deal, picked up 2. Went to garden center cashier. She rang up $10.98 each. I told her the price and she went with me outside. Woth attitude told me they were $10.98, price was a mistake, 3 different signs. So I told her no. More attitude. I went to service desk and they told me they could only give me one at that price. Went. And got one, cashier with attitude said she had told me that. She hadn't. I called Wal-Mart hotline. They told me manager Kayla would call. Still waiting.
Extremely helpful and awesome deals. Very knowledgable about phones and services. I highly recommend this company! Support your local business and stop supporting big corporations!
We used to love supporting this small local convenience store. New ownership has raised the prices almost double what they used to be, now has a minimum purchase for running credit cards, and has installed an ATM so he can charge ATM fees when you cannot run your card to make your purchase. On top of it all the employees are irritated to serve you and ring you up. My cashier walked off halfway through the sale leaving another employee to finish the transaction. Needless to say this will no longer be our local convenience store of choice.
This store sold 3 iPhone 6s to someone, and added them with Florida phone numbers to my account. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill and financing charges for the phones and activation.
A few years ago I went in to trade a car charger that had stopped working. The Spring Rep asked when I bought it? I told her when. She looked in the system and said there was no proof of me purchasing the charger. I used one of their computers to verify it. She saw it and said, "well it's not showing up in my system, I don't know if you bought it". She did not trust or believe what I was telling her. That didn't sit well with me. I felt like she was accusing me of scamming them. I've been a customer for 10+ years, I buy updated smart phones every 2 years, and I have 5 lines on my account. I was not satisfied with her customer service approach. Today I called about an iphone case. It is a lime green silicone and black hard plastic iphone 6 cover made by Ballistic. The lime green part of the case gets dingy or dirty looking and will not wash off. The Sprint Rep asked when I bought it. I told him when I bought it. He said I didn't qualify for a refund but can come exchange it for the same case. I didn't want the same case because that silicone has a tendency of beciming dingy. He got a little snappy with me by giving me an example: (in my opinion a poor example) saying, "Well if I buy a sweater and spill stuff all over it, I'm not going to get my money back for normal ware and tare". I let him know that this is not normal ware and tare - this is a customer that is not satisfied with a product and would like an opportunity to exchange it for another color that doesn't have a tendency to get dingy, most likely a darker color silicone, gray or black. He got a little rude (again, making me out to be like someone trying to scam them or get something for free), I told him, "Otterbox refund or will send you a different color if you selected a silicone that eventually makes your phone look dingy." Well, his response, "I'm not Otterbox". WOW - Really? The first time I went to this Sprint store to exchange my car charger - I told myself that I would never go back because of the customer service. I should have listened to myself, because today - I just didn't like how I was treated. I called Sprint Studio (downtown) which is where I've gone since it opened, and the Sprint Rep not only explained it to me but was very respectful about the entire process. Sprint on Broadway - be nicer to the paying customers or go work somewhere where people skills aren't a requirement. I do not like to be treated that way when I pay for service and products on a regular basis. Thank you
First the hours they have listed aren't really when they'll be open. Half the time when I come here they're closed early. Just like thanksgiving, they were "open" 6pm-10pm. I was there at 9 and they were closed, however I was there earlier at 6 which they were open. The worker was rude and I ended up leaving. And returned at 9pm wasting my time and gas. Now its fridaym morning, I was the first customer at 9am, and I've been sitting in the store because the employee yesterday messed up my account. The worker now has ignored me and help everyone else that walks through the door. Worst service I've ever had. If you have cricket, just go to the Liberty store.
I love going into this location! The girls are so sweet, fun and helpful. They have always taken the time to resolve any issue ive had with my phone/service.
I just recently found out about this location as I'm never in that particular area, but I make it a point to do business there now. All of the representatives are wonderful, but I will stand in line to work with one specifically. She has a smile that could light up a room and always makes me feel like a valued customer. Retail is a tough gig, but she makes it look like paradise. I witnessed her get yelled at by a customer and she took it with grace and dignity. I highly recommend T-Mobile, especially this store.Loyal customer of 4 years
If a person does not have insurance on their cell phone than FORGET about help repairing your cell phone. They are only interested helping you if you have insurance.
They are nothing but theives, crooks and liars. They are far from being business adeqate owners. They threaten to use personal info to make a threat.
