friendly, professional, low prices always helpful , class act , they treat their customers very well
My father and I both got ours done by Chris. He was amazing our tattoos turned out better than we had ever hoped. The place is clean and has a friendly staff who were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I will be going back if i ever want another tattoo. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo and i would like to say thanks to Chris for such an amazing job.
The Artists were awesome! Chris did a massive touch up on a tattoo I have, it looks great. Even when I was being a big baby, Chris helped me stick it out!! Noah was entertaining and very professional. Thanks guys!! The shop was clean and well organized, you have to go visit these guys, you wont regret it!!
STAY AWAY! They are horrible artists! Been there many times throughout the years with friends and relatives. We saw and heard some pretty crazy stuff while there. A relative who worked there for quite some time had some pretty scary stories to tell. Glendon (owner) struggles to be close to anyone in the area. They are known in KC as the Apprentice Shop. The store is pretty dirty too. I've heard of piercing infections & mishaps. Seen a ton of fading of work due to light handed tats. The straight line doesn't exist here...not sure what class that was in but they missed it! The piercings are the worst...that guy sleeps all day until someone comes in. The lil skinny dude fixed 3 of my piercings...pee wee, He's alright. The rest are a joke. The guy at the counter who manages the place is so ignorant. They're all wanna be's. Bart, the piercing guy is such a creep. His work has been fixed all over town! guess he's in some hole in Liberty now..what an idiot. Wanna waste money and get screwed over in the process...come here! Otherwise STAY AWAY!!!!! you'll thank me later!
The art work that we received was of very poor quality and sub standard to say the least. The lines were not straight or anything. My wife and I went in to get matching tattoos to celebrate our marriage and it was a simple tribal infinity design. But both tattoos look quite different and even the coloring on the two were not the same! The lines were not straight especially around the curves. The colors of grey they used on each one of us was different. In addition, we were way overcharged! Mine was $150 and took only 20 minutes and my wife's was $130 and took about 45 minutes. Their hourly rate is $100 per hour, with a shop minimum of $45, is what their facebook page says. When i compare quotes they gave to people on facebook, compared to what they charged us, I was literally in shock. The artist Kris who did ours, was not good, not friendly and barely spoke to us. We will not ever go back....EVER! We have now healed.....I have lost over half my ink now. I know enough that when you peel you heal. Let me tell you this, I never peeled at all. Don't think the ink went deep enough into the skin, that is why it all disappeared. Now we have to go to ANOTHER SHOP to fix their crap work and pay all over again. So if you want some good ink, go to another shop and be sure and read all the reviews of them before going!!! You may pay more upfront, but at least you don't have to go through the embarrassment or expense of having another artist fix their scratching!!No one at this shop is an artist! If you want Apprentice type work, go here. Oh and the shop was not clean, and there was knats flying all over the place. Even in the Apprentice's face when she was trying to do our Tats, must be why the lines are so crooked!!! Once they mess up and you have to go elsewhere, you not only have to pay what your originally paid these losers, plus for the headache of having someone else repair it!STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!!!
