First off, I was lucky to find this place because of their TV add...I looked them up online and read some reviews...and yeah okay...some people you just can't make happy. I have no idea how ANYONE could have had a bad experience here! The staff is AWESOME, funny and professional all at the same time. You walk in and feel like you can hang out there for hours. Seriously. And Gabe is AMAZING at what he does...thanks again! I went in because of a cracked cell phone screen...and my phone works better now then the day I first opened it. 5 stars to Good Call Wireless for sure...if anyone ever needs any kind of repairs for their cell phones...this place is a must go to first for sure!! :D

I don't know what these other people are talking about but I received great customer service and even though I had to go to the other store to get what I wanted they helped me out and even upgraded me. The guys name was aladin but gabriel I believe was his name helped me at NKC store they were honest and up front with pricing and availability on the phone before I went in there and got to talking and had an upgraded version of my phone at their other store so that's why I went there. Stop Hating and let these guys strive to succeed and gentlemen continue the great job.
I had road runner internet installed in July 07 and my connection only worked intermittently. The first repair tech said he fixed it ( he didnt) the second tech to come out said it was RR's security software and he wasnt able to help. The third tech spotted the problem as being a 20 year old aerial line but said he couldnt fix it that day and never set up a work order. Finally, the fourth tech fixed the line. This was at the end of October. My internet works great now. But good luck if you have a problem. Very long hold time when calling them as well.
I was looking for an Iphone yesterday and had called these guys about getting a Cricket Iphone. At which point they told me how big of a mistake that might have been and they offered me a much better deal.. and I got the phone a lot cheaper than I would have otherwise paid at Cricket. I will def be back at this store and plan to take my wife and sister in law there tonight to see if they can get hooked up too! Thanks guys!
Came in for phone repair last week. There was an issue with one if there technicians whom wasnt qualified for this type of repair. I had to go to his competitor for the repair. For the inconvenience not only did Mike pay repair which was $60 more than Goodcall charges, he also gave me another $20 off my T-mobile bill. He didnt have to do any of this. That was excellent customer service and I highly recommend these guys!
After going store to store all over KC, I was ready to rip whatever hair i have left on my head, Then finally I found Good Call and I will be loyal to these guys for good. I bought an LG Marquee and they gave it to me for the deal. Gave me a case and car charger for free. They also do free computer diagnostics and I ended up getting some work done to mine for basically free. THANK YOU! I WILL BE BACK!
David you sound foolish if you have a issue about Google Fiber install call =Ervin Cable Construction Customer Service Corporate Office 1-844-322-2524 email@example.com .I did, I had to lay sod where they put a box they agreed to reimburse my cost and mailed me a check .I support Google Fiber 100% we are very lucky all the USA plus the world would luv to have Google Fiber!
I agree with Billy. I had to call Ervin twice, both times my call was quickly returned, and the issue was resolved. Ervin was here during a hot, dry spell. I watched one of their people carrying water in his hard hat to moisten the soil after putting down grass seed to repair a hole. I'm very impressed with their people!
Even though Gabriel @ the northtown store told me to come here and write a review, i must say that they are some really cool, outgoing, and informative people. I go in there and pay my bill, but whenever i have a prob they fix it for me.. THANKS LOL =)
I've been to Walmart, Best Buy, and Radio Shack, and they don't come close to these guys regarding customer service, which has always been above and beyond with me.
