The individual who was in the store I am assuming is the owner. He was extremely rude to a fellow customer who wanted to buy earrings locked in a display. After the left he told me if I am looking and won't buy anything I was wasting his time and he had to work. I went in to find a specific item and was looking for it when he gave me rude attitude. I will never shop here again
I purchased synthetic hair bundles earlier in the day and watched online product reviews that evening. I found out that there were pieces missing from both packages of hair that I purchased. One pack was missing the closure piece, the other product was missing the free clip on hair piece. Buyer beware and check each hair purchase for all advertised pieces. I will return to the store tomorrow to confront the store owner/manager. I am very disappointed.
I've been coming here for the past year and had different people do my nails but I absolutely love May..she is very professional and does a great job!
Went and got a pedicure and set of nails for the first time in years.. she was rushing and kinda rude and annoyed that she had to explain the process to me.. then she stabbed me with her actual nails pushing the fake nails down on the sides.. still hurts, feels like papercuts. Won't go back or send any of my friends there.. Too many other nail salons that treat their paying customers better!!!
I have been searching all over KC for a Master Technician Sew In Specialist and I was blessed to find DJ and the staff of Salon DeJa'ris. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with opened arms by DJ and the staff, they made me feel right at home, they are all professional and well informed about the products and hair care maintenance. DJ was my stylist, she went above and beyond my expectation. I can't thank you enough for your gracious hospitality and gifted hands. I have had gel manicures regularly for the last 5 years. I have never felt compelled to leave a review! I had my nails done last week here, by Klara. She was kind, professional and I am as pleased I as have ever been with the quality of her work! I am very particular and I will definitely return. The pricing is also excellent! I'm so happy I decided to give this salon a try.
I have been coming to My Bliss and My for many Many years. I love the service and their personalities are amazing. They all have a sense of humor and I love them. I would suggest and have suggested My Bliss to family and friends.
Rude staff that doesn't understand English. They will pressure the hell out of you to get something. They cut my friend got BLOOD on the tools then went and used them on someone else!
I came here due to the reviews and I must say I LOVE IT here! I got attended under 10 minutes (was here on a Saturday) the staff is very friendly and they do know how to satisfy their customers. I felt very relaxed and I will definitely come here from now on.
HORRIBLE.... I came to Salon 152 for the first time ever on Friday. I extensively explained to the hairdresser my dilemma. (Previous haircut 12 weeks ago was supposed to be shoulder length with long layers, but they had cut it a full inch shorter than requested. I had let my hair grow for 12 weeks before coming to get another hair cut.) I requested a tiny amount off of the length and needed long layers. The hairdresser, Simmons, just kept cutting and cutting and cutting until I ended up with hair above the shoulder again and short layers. I hate short layers. It's not even close to what I asked for, it's jagged in the back, it can't be repaired, and now I will be waiting 12 weeks again to find someone that knows how to cut hair the way that the customer wants it to be cut. Simmons charged me $40 to screw it up. What a ripoff.
