I did not have a good experience here. The feeling was very corporate with little warmth. The PT guy who worked with me was distracted and had me do breathing exercises and di nothing to alleviate the pain I was in right then..which is why I went there. The second visit I was told he was too busy and I could be scheduled a week later. Very uncaring..busy staff..no help for me.
They misled me about the location where I would be seen. When I called to discuss, I was treated so poorly.
Dr. Sharon Kavanaugh is the best chiropractor in the Northland. She takes the time to really listen to her patients and suggest the best treatment for them. She can also do acupuncture which can be very helpful in pain management.
Dr Orr was one of the laziest most unhelpful and offensive people I have ever come across. My sister has an autoimmune disease and went to her for help regarding the symptoms and she disregarded everything said and made offensive comments about her appearance not being up to par with what the side affects of her DIAGNOSED illness were. She's one of the most unhelpful condescending physicians I've ever experienced and that's saying a lot. AVOID HER.
This doctor's office is a wreck. A coworker recommended that my boyfriend go here since it was close to the house and my doctor is a 25 minute drive away. Biggest mistake we could have made. They are housed in a crummy little office off Broadway and their staff isn't very personable. He went for an initial physical/ check-up as a new patient and also explained that he had been having a lot of stomach pain, especially in the mornings, and was wanting to figure out why. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of this, they just brushed it off and told him to make sure his diet is nutritious. He works out 3-5 times a week and eats a very healthy diet, so this was not very constructive advice. About 8 months down the line, he was at work at was struck by a large metal pole on a semi. It hit him with about 150 pounds of pressure to his jaw, enough force that it broke several of his teeth. When he came to Dr. Thompson again, he wasn't available and saw "Ashley", the nurse practitioner. She prescribed him Tylenol 2, which on any website says it is prescribed for MILD pain, cough and arthritis. He was treated like a child and was told that anything sufficient to help treat his pain "made the doctor uncomfortable" as if to imply that my boyfriend would abuse or misuse the medication. After having his face smashed in with a huge piece of steel, I would expect a little more concern out of a doctor. Then they billed the appointment incorrectly to insurance and instead of wanting to work with us, they chose to argue. Needles to say, he is now switching to my doctor in Kansas. Don't waste your time, money or personal health with this office!
Doctor Emmanuel and his staff are very friendly and customer oriented. They provide excellent service and care tremendously about the patients.S Jamison
I came two weeks prior the staff change, and the difference with the new staff is tremendous! The office is organized, the new staff is friendly, and the place smells good! My interaction with the Doctor was like no other. I've never been treated with so much care and respect. I highly recommend this clinic
The doctor is a good man. I been in two car accidents and I always come here first. I would recommend him as a Chiropractor to any of my friends.
only cares about the money coming from your insurance company not making you feel better after your accident. fraud.
Both Doctors are excellent and very professional! They truly care about their patients and their health. I highly recommend this office.
