We used Mr. White for the study on a Family Entertainment Center and Ice Rink in Colorado. We found the company to be professional and accurate with their projections. Now, after the facility is open and operating, their projections were dead on. They are used to working with all sorts of clients wanting to open recreation type of businesses and can sort out the ones who don't have a chance...saving them a lot of heart ache and money. I highly recommend WHLLG if you are serious about starting an entertainment business.

If you are considering renting one of their properties and you value your privacy, be warned they are notorious for not giving enough notice for their contractors to be on or in your property. While you lease may state reasonable notice it appears its completely to their discretion to decide what that reasonable notice is. While this is the only complaint to me it's a pretty signifigant one!!!
Our former management company spent our money like it was water. Classic stopped us and made us all evaluate our real cash position and put in place a strategic plan that will help us accomplish our goals in keeping with our cash flow. No one has done that for us before. We love the fact that Classic provides one-on-one attention to help us. Classic was the right choice for our community.

I am very pleased with Classic Property Management and what they’ve done for the HOA in my neighborhood. They are proactive about things that need to be done. It does make all the difference in the world when emergencies happen and we have a property manager that takes the leadership to get things done for the HOA in a very timely manner.
We had a great time with Brandi showing us properties. She knew more what we wanted than we did. Tina was a wiz with the paper work making everything as easy as could be. We did our closing with Lois who was an expert in answering all our questions. We look forward to dealing with them for the next 4 years!
