Poor customer service, I've left messages for Justine numerous time and she has yet to return my call. I need to rollover an IRA and only have 10 days per the bank before they will "automatically" reinvest it for me. Every time I have dealt with this bank it has been an issue, as they very difficult processes that none of the rest of the banks I deal with have. Can't wait to move my money!!
Refinanced my house and paid of some credit card debt. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made for an excellent experience. I highly recommend them!
My business checking account is free! The employees are very accommodating and experienced. Overall this bank has the lowest fees around. I'm moving my personal accounts over here.
Mr. Darr provides No communication on required documentation. No communication on status of the loan process. By the time he does return your calls and emails, it's too late and you have to start the process all over again. Then treats you like it's your fault for not knowing. C'mon !! I expect a higher level of professionalism from US Bank!!!
Not helpful, not courteous, I felt like they would rather I will go somewhere else. I moved here from Springfield Missouri and it was always a good experience in Springfield Missouri
can't reach anyone but untrained people at one centralized number who don't have correct answers after you wait on hold forever. wasted 3 hours at a branch trying to get a lien release on my car loan after help line told me I could get one with certified funds with a Commerce Bank check. had to go get cash for them. Most ridiculous banking experience I've had.
I've had great experiences at every branch I've been to, except for the Blue Ridge branch. Every time I go there, I can count on a 20 minute wait, even if there are no other customers. Everyone seems to be annoyed that you're there. There are routine problems with the ATM, or they can't get me my money for some reason.The upper management is either ok with this branch behaving horribly, or they are not doing there due diligence.I'm shopping other banks right now, and would not advise anyone in the area to use their services. If you're close to any other branch, then it will probably be a good experience for you.
please try another bank. ATM's don't work, long lines, banking made very difficultly.
Their customer service is inconsistent, at best. You can expect the same b.s. red tape you'd get anywhere else. I tried to get them to fix an issue on a joint account I share with my husband, and I couldn't answer the security question (he's had the account since he was a teenager, and I didn't know the answer to the only question on file), so they wouldn't even look at the account. I already knew the issue and wasn't asking for any info I did not already possess. I am sure they just hoped to keep their ill-gotten gains; the fees on the account were an error. Sorry, jerks, but my husband called and got that money back. Nice try, though.
