Avoid this business!!! . I took my 3 years old Honda lawn mower for a $80 tune up. After 7-10 hours of use, the lawn mower died with no oil at all (no leaking or burning oil) so I contacted KC Young's Mower and they blamed Honda's quality and myself for not checking the oil before each cut. I opened a complaint with the BBB and they still refused to do anything until I told them I would post negative reviews online. Then, they gave me the option to bring it back for a fix. Too late, I already bought a new lawn mower. STAY AWAY FROM KC YOUNG'S MOWER, THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR MONEY !!!

I enjoyed the shop and the people were very knowledgeable about mowers, etc. However, I am surprised by the quality of equipment that they sell. Namely the Toro push mower which had a 5 year warranty but the steel bed broke at the wheel at the 5 year and 1 month point. When you pay almost $500 for a mower you expect it to last more than 5 years.

Absolutely horrible service. Bought a mower and other gas powered lawn equipment. Brought it in for spring tune up...overcharged and underdelivered. Once I got them back home from their ""tune up"" and tried to actually use them...one of the two pieces wouldn't EVEN START! (do they charge extra for that?) BOTH items had issues that a basic tune up should have addressed (or at least uncovered). After they took my money they didn't want to know me... When I complained about this ""Gary"" said he didn't like my tone. Then the boss suggested I go to ""Smitty's in Olathe"" I'd take his advice!!! These buffoons are complete amateurs!
