Salon Deja'ris the Express Weave

I have been searching all over KC for a Master Technician Sew In Specialist and I was blessed to find DJ and the staff of Salon DeJa'ris. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with opened arms by DJ and the staff, they made me feel right at home, they are all professional and well informed about the products and hair care maintenance. DJ was my stylist, she went above and beyond my expectation. I can't thank you enough for your gracious hospitality and gifted hands. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and the other ladies of Salon DeJa'ris. I can say, I found a salon that I can brag about! Jaime S.

I have been in Kansas for 3 years and have not found a shop that does hair like the shops in Chicago until I came across Salon De Jaris I love it my hair is beautiful I felt like I was at home it was an comfortable environment they were nice and they're very attentive to the actual layout of the tracking anyone who knows hair knows when it comes to sew-ins that is important I've been getting sew-in since 17 yrs old and I'm 30 so I know how its suppose to look and feel.....I can't thank them enough for this...I have found my shop

Money well spent. I feel beautiful, and if i most say i also look beautiful,all thanks to Dj and her staff. Everyone was so kind and professional. Honestly i was expecting my visit to be all day long and horrible, but to my surprise it was the exact opposite ladies have u ever gotten a full sew in and style and cut in less than 3 hours??? .... Well I HAVE!! @Salon De'Jaris they truly r the best! That girl has a anointing on her and the presence of of God and the feeling of home and family is her Salon

DJ woke up at 3:45 am to do my hair just so I could go to work this morning looking fabulous!!!! Love love love my hair I've been going to DJ for 5 years now she is the best!!! She also did my make up and a mini photo shoot! I felt like a movie star! She really makes you feel like a celebrity!

I had a great experience. The staff are great very friendly. The shop was very clean. My hair is still looking good after 2 months. I recommend Salon Dejeris only if you are looking for that celebrity look. She has the best hair in the city.

This lady has false 5 star reviews. She told me this during an appointment! I would have never posted this review but after being so mistreated and looked over I had too! I would not spend a penny at this place. It is so nasty (held my urine for 8 hours) because the ladies were complaining about mice. My biggest fear! So I tried to be calm thinking it shouldn't be much longer. I was wrong!! I was there for 5 hours for only a wash and set. I will never be back! I am so sad of this experience and I wish no other lady has that experience as I did:( Go somewhere else...ANYWHERE but DJ's. They are a joke!

Commercials are so very misleading. I was expecting a nice salon, friendly staff and good customer service. That was the total opposite!!!I waited for 2 hours before we started my hair. I was never offered a drink of water, ma'am are you ok, nothing! They acted as though that's how they do business get over i!My hair was so loose (tracks) yet the braids were sooo tight. There was no cut or style to my hair. I left feeling like trash! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love Salon DeJa'Ris!!! Every time I leave the salon, I feel beautiful. Dj & her staff work very well together. She is very influential and has been a blessing in my life. God has blessed her with a gift that she has excelled in. Her words very encouraging and uplifting. I enjoy being in the atmosphere at the salon. The prices are affordable and the Celebrity Virign Hair last long & is a great quality. I personally have had my hair extensions for 3 years & my sewins always look fabulous. I truly thank her & her team for being very respectful and professional. You should check them out because you won't be disappointed!!

Worst salon in KC! Misleading commercials and very very bad customer service. They can't even answer the phones professional. I was overcharged (I felt) and my sewn looked so bad my husband paid to get it redone the next day, elsewhere. Very upset and disappointed!! DJ...is cold and self centered and doesn't offer any sort of help when she is totally at fault! Can't believe this salon is even still open.

My hair turned out so beautiful and I feel like it made my visit. I will definitely be back! thank you all so much! First and Foremost I would like to say Thank YOU! I had, by far, the best salon experience! I was some what nervous when trying to find a salon/stylist to give me what I wanted due to my texture and hair! But, as soon as I stepped foot into the salon I was welcomed and knew that I had found the right place! Even more comforting was meeting Ms. ! From “hello” I knew she would be able to help me out! She gave me the exact look I was looking for! I will definitely be returning to her and in the future as well as recommending her to others! Again, Thank You ms. D for such an awesome new hair do! And Thanking your staff for making me feel so comfortable(I love the atmosphere and the people who work there)!!! By far the salon dejarvis is the best salon in kc Thanks and I will see you soon!!!

The Salon DeJaris staff and owner exude the meaning of professionalism. From the moment of scheduling, to the completion of service I was treated with great delivery of customer service. The owner of the salon practices both internal and external customer service. I enjoyed the fact that the staff recognizes that the value and respect of the client is an integral part of vital service delivery. The owner does an excellent job with the hair styles and also the health of the hair. I found that the owner practices effective listening, encourages regular feedback, and is open to constructive suggestions that benefit the clients overall experience. I truly received more than expected, as there was positive and uplifting dialogue throughout the appointment. The owner DJ loves the art of hair, and challenges herself and staff to practice ongoing learning in the latest hair trends/hair care practices. She is a mentor to girls and women, speaking positively of other peers within the hair care industry. If you are seeking a salon that is not driven by money, quick unhealthy styles, and poor tactics, then I would encourage you to visit Kansas City's great salon, Salon De'Jaris.
