Bought my first bike at Renos a while ago. Yamaha 650 custom. At 30 days the gear drive went out and I had to fight for them to pay half the cost.
I took my new bike there too have the back tire changed last Saturday. 2014 Harley Breakout. The very next day the valve stem on the back blew out. Less than 40 miles... took it to a different dealer, and needed a whole new tire as the other is no longer beading correctly. Service order stated valve stem was blown out likely to over inflating to seat the tire on, and not letting the pressure back out.
After contacting them with the issue, they claim no responsibility.
It blew out while riding, I'm out the cost for the 2nd tire and mounting. I will never go to this shop again, and will tell Everyone the same. All caused by a simple error and no accountability!
I bought a pre-owned Vespa from Reno's at the end of February 2019.
I do not live in the KC area and had been trying to get there to give the old girl a test ride and the winter weather had been preventing this.
Over the course of rescheduled trips I spoke with "Richard" (the Manager) 3 times. I looked forward to a good experience based on these phone contacts, but was BLOWN away by the SUPER positive experience I had in person. Richard is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, FAIR, and does the "right thing", often not found in business dealings in this era.
His ethic is second to none, and he knows how to treat a customer. Michael processed my paperwork. I found Michael humorous, efficient and very customer friendly as well. The undeniable overarching theme that can be felt at Reno's is the indisputable top notch treatment they give to customers. Parker in the Parts Dept. quite expediently connected me to some ancillary items I bought as well. This is clearly a well trained/informed/knowledgeable staff from the top down. Moreover, the customer is their priority and nothing else tops this. Being a female and first time Vespa buyer I found this invaluable!
Without reservation I have been tooting Reno's accolades, and I want people to know they can feel more than confident in doing business at Reno's! Thank you Richard for the exemplary business you command.
Ordered a snow plow for my dad's ATV from Reno's Powersports KC! I spent a decent amount of time online trying to piece together a setup that would fit his ATV and couldn't find much online. Most websites didn't even have the year and model of this Arctic Cat listed. Called up Reno's and spoke to Zack with parts and had the right parts ordered within 10 minutes. 4 days later they arrived and everything fit perfect. Super pumped to use this the next time it snows! Thanks Reno's for the great customer service and getting me taken care of quickly!
