I took my 2003 envoy here to get it fix because my key kept getting struck in the ignition when I got there the service associate told me I will need a Diagnostic check done and that it will be $140 so I told him I was quoted on the phone that a diagnostic check could be anywhere from 55.00 dollars up to $110 .He then responded saying he never heard that before and who ever told me that was wrong so against my bad judgement I decided to have my truck checked out And let me remind you that already know what the problem was.Long story short I end up paying 441.00 they did fix my key problem by replacing the ignition switch .After leaving the dealership I park my truck And when I goes back to start it up ,it won't start up .Today I find out I now need a starter and they want to charge me another d check fee Plus labor.I will never recommend this place to no one.

I bought a cadillac cts 2008 awd with low mileage on June 17,2015. After I bought the car after only having it for 2 months I have several issues with the car. I even purchased an extended warranty. I have a noise that is coming out of my dash which by the way they said it was my sun roof come to find out its still making noise. I even recorded the noise and they are still saying its not making the noise when they have it this has been on going even before I purchased the vehicle. And as far as my accelerator it is bulking real bad and shaking when you accelerate especially on a highway or inclining a slight hill while on the highway they told me the check engine light needed to be on that way they would know what it was ...thats the problem the check engine light may never come on and therefor I refuse to drive a vehicle that they are telling me they dont know whats wrong until the check engine light comes on. Can I stop paying my car note until the check engine light comes on...No I can't. Then they want me to pay for a service that they think it might be but is not sure The guessing game is not an option for me. There is a lack of taking ownership and pride in your vehicles to make sure that your customers are happy and your mechanics have the knowledge to solve/repairs issues at hand.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Hendrick in December 2013. I specifically asked the salesman, Justin Sanders, prior to agreeing to terms, whether there were two sets of keys/fobs. I was told "yes". After paying for the vehicle, and taking delivery, the salesman gave me only one fob. I reminded him that I had asked if there were two fobs, and had been told "yes". He stated that "the previous owner still has the other fob and will be mailing it to us, and we'll mail it to you as soon as we get it". (I live a significant distance from this dealership.) Over a month later, I still do not have the second fob. I have left two voice messages for the salesman, Justin Sanders, and received no reply. I have also left two voice messages for the General Manager, Louis Faller, and received no reply. However, I did receive in the mail a Customer Delivery & Satisfaction Survey, stating how "sincerely" they appreciated my business. Unfortunately for me, I'm told that getting a new fob programmed from a dealership will cost me around $130. I will never do business with this organization again, and strongly urge others to stay away.

the best car buying experience I have had everyone was friendly helpful and did there best to get me and my wife the best deal possible. I never felt pressured to buy. would recommend them over any other dealer I have been to in the area.
