No go......No go is right on with this place. No good whatsoever. You would be better taking your child to a in home daycare rather than this place. Very unorganized, teachers are always on their phones, sitting on their butts, director has no people skills nor does she know how to run a business. Always rumors of money problems with the center. All the teachers gossip and try to get into your business. I always hear them talking about other parents. Kids are allowed to come in sick and one little boy even had RSV and he was allowed to stay even though he was on breathing treatments. Another kid ending up getting sick from this boy and was hospitalized. I had issues and was told I could not speak to the director. The director also had a facility in Platte City that was shut down. The older building smells like pee and mildew. There is paint chipping off the walls and the carpet is disgusting. The food and snack selection is no good. My kids hated it there. Go to Parkville Academy if you want a good daycare. 587-1980.

We've been using this daycare since I started back to school in June 2009. I had been a telecommuter, so keeping my son home with me wasn't a problem. Going back to school, though, meant finding childcare.
I toured the facility, spoke with teachers and the owner, checked references, and decided to try them out. I'm so glad I did! My son has had a blast there and has really blossomed. As an only child, he wasn't getting a lot of social interaction being home with Mommy all day, and the teachers are great with giving the kids attention. In fact, all the teachers know my child's name, not just the ones in his class! I have been very impressed with that!
Not only has he grown socially, but his mental development has just taken off! The classrooms are decorated with stimulating pictures, the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and shatterproof mirrors. Teachers play games, sing songs, and work on things like ABCs and 123s. The kiddos have all manner of toys to play with, and sharing is definitely encouraged! ;)
My son just moved up to the 2-yr-old room, and they're already working on potty training! In fact, his teachers and I are working together to coordinate our potty training efforts!
I'm just so very happy with this service so far. Yes, the menu looks the same week after week, but so do school menus. The most important thing is that the menu offered is packed with well-balanced nutrition. My son's pediatrician really approved of what was being offered when I showed her.
I haven't smelled or seen any mold yet, so I'm not sure how to respond to that statement. Perhaps it's in the other building? I really find it hard to believe since they seem to really take care of everything.
This place is great... Not really unless you want to hear your childs teacher talk about other teachers parents and the kids.. The latest going around is that the owner cant pay the rent! As much money as I pay this lady she should have enough to pay. Im on the look out for somewhere elese to take my child.
