        I dealt with Rick at the Waldo Firestone and he was wonderful. Everything was done as he said it would be and in a timely fashion. The price was competitive and I am very happy with the products and service. I will be going back with our car in the near future.

        I have been going to this Firestone for 4 years. The management is excellent. They are extremely helpful and actually care about their customers. I keep going back. They do all sorts of repairs. If they can't fix your car, they will help you find somewhere that can.

        Went to my dealer and was turned away because they knew they would just lose money on inspecting my car. went to this store and they were SO nice. Very busy so it took about an hour but I they informed me of that. Management was working the front desk and I will now go nowhere else for basic car fixes in the future.
