        Overall

        If I could I'd give them negative stars to take away the one they have. They don't keep their word, they are disorganized, and never on schedule. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR CAR!

        Horrible experience. Went to get simple inspection for out of state vehicle, The guys at the counter were rude and told me I did not know what I was Talking about. They said I needed a full inspection. I pointed out where the drivers license bureau wrote I needed the short version. They got ruder and I left. Valvoline had no problem doing the inspection and I got my lisence, Bastards

        They are not honest

        On Monday I had my car seen at Firestone in Birmingham, AL for alignment and balancing. No extra service was recommended. Two days later I was at the Kansas City Firestone on NE Antioch for an oil change. (I'm driving across country right now) The service guy (Butch) told me I needed my brake fluid flushed ($79) and 2 new calipers ($450) and roters shaved ($79). I called my trusted service tech in my home town and asked his opinion based on my previous services. My car is 2 1/2 years old, 60,000 miles. I had the brake fluid flushed 15,000 miles ago. He said that there was no way the fluid needed to be flushed and that I absolutely did NOT need new calipers (spelling??). I ended up getting only an oil change and they charged me for the break inspection as well. Later I called the birmingham Firestone to ask the tech if he noticed any of these issues. He also said that I didn't need the fluid flushed and certainly didn't need new calipers. I am not impressed!
