BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!! After we moved out we spent 8-10 hours straight cleaning the apartment just to make sure we got our deposit back. We even had the carpet professionally cleaned. We used q-tips to clean the vents, we were on our hands and knees cleaning the floors and baseboards. We cleaned the woodwork around the doors as well as both sides to the doors, we cleaned the blinds one strip at a time. We cleaned the widows and seals. We were on ladders cleaning high up places like the ceiling fans, above the fireplace, on top of the refrigerator. We took the fireplace stuff out and cleaned the fireplace. There was not one single place we did not clean. The apartment wasn't even this clean when we moved in.
They kept almost $300 of my deposit saying things like the carpet smelled and the blinds were bent. The blinds and carpet could not have been any cleaner if it was new!!! They kept $50 for water even though I was not in the apartment for the month they charged me.
They refused to move the bench in the dog park after our dog got out using the bench and was hit by a car. Which left me with thousands of dollars in vet bills. It was a hit & run. If they are so pet friendly they would have gladly moved the bench away from the fence.
A friend of mine gave my name as a referral, yet they refused to give me the $200 referral reward.
When I asked for their corporate office phone number they told me they would not give it to me.

We were lured with the 1 month free rent. We explained we would only be there 10 months. No problem we will sign you up for a 13 month lease you can get the month free and with orders not a problem. Fast forward 10 months, now we are being told we must pay back over 1,000 dollars. When looking over A COPY of the lease I was given several days after we signed (my mistake won't ever trust a leasing office again) there are hand written addendums about repayment which were not addressed at signing. The leasing office has been less than professional as far as getting back to us (It took over week to recalculate the amount and not returning phone calls. Also patronizing me by saying the move was stressful and the paperwork confusing. I feel mislead. They would not give us contact information for the owner. Needless to say we have contacted JAG and the Bet. Bus. about theirbusiness practices.

I moved here six months ago and firmly believe it is the best in the Northland. The property, the management team and my house are exactly what a busy professional like me needed in my home. If you need a place to live where you can be happy with everything move to Falcon Falls - I did!
