Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Enterprise about 11 and RJ was there to greet us and very friendly. Skyler took us to our car and also was very friendly. They got us in our car very quickly. Thank you and we will use Enterprise again.

These guys working the KC airport Enterprise are the best! In spite of freezing weather, they are polite and take the time to answer all my questions. I won't use any other car rental company (and believe me, I've tried 'em all!)

I travel for business for a very large company. I have to say most of the time everything is fantastic. I was a bit disappointed this time. The car was filthy on the outside. The gentleman said it was because it is too cold to wash the cars. I can understand that but at least do the windows. I could not see a thing out the back window and had to wash the front window at a gas station after I left the lot and realized I could not see well through the dirt

This was my first experience renting a vehicle. The staff at Enterprise was phenomenal! They answered all my questions before I even asked them. They were extremely polite and helpful. The car, a Chevy cruise, was clean and cute and in great condition. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

I completely forgot to book my car for my trip, was able to book it online from the airport. They had my reservation with no issues, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Walked me out to the car, did the walk around with me and I was on my way. Just a wonderful experience all around, very first class.

Fast stream lined process. Extremely courteous service. Upon returning the car we left a valuable bag in the trunk prior to heading to the airport terminal. Went back and at least 5 staff assisted in running around the lot looking for the car. Found the bag and made our flight. Thank you Enterprise at Kansas City International.

While I have been generally satisfied with renting cars from Enterprise my pick up experience at the Kansas City Airport last Thursday was less than satisfactory. The agent was very pushy regarding the insurance option. When I indicated I was not interested in this option he kept insisting that if I bring the car back damaged I would be on the hook for it. Very un professional and very intimidating - not to mention rude. I know Enterprise makes money on this option but please quit the dramatics and the over the top pushy behavior. 2 thumbs down UGH!!!! Come on Enterprise you can do better than this.

Friendly and professional service at both pick up and drop off locations. Assigned a car that I would not have chosen, but still drove just fine and only rented for 90 minute drive. Will continue using Enterprise in the future.

Sales staff was very nice. Got into the Maxima and all the windows were down so I didn't think anything because it was a nice day. It got a little hot so I put all the windows up and then a God awful skunk smell came over the car. Obviously someone had hit a skunk in the car and it smelled horrible. If you have ever been to KC and drive south, there is no other Enterprise dealership to return the car to. So I just drove with the window down. Upon returning the car, the sales man said they do have a lot of skunks around that part of town KC International?????
Beware...Smell the inside of the CAR before you drive away. I did NOT drive the car the entire time (4days) I was in Clinton Missouri and then when driving back to the airport the smell had finally gone away. SMELL BEFORE YOU DRIVE!

I am an Enterprise Plus member and had recently moved out of state, flying back to Kansas to work a couple of weeks each month. I have made reservations for car rentals through Enterprise, and rented from them for 2 weeks earlier this month. In between visits, I had applied for my new drivers license in the state in which I now reside. I was given back a temporary license and told it was my official license until my permanent license arrives in 3-6 weeks. In the mean while, I was to use my old Kansas license as identification. Arriving to Enterprise after a long flight on a Sunday night, the Enterprise assistant manager on duty refused to rent to me saying Enterprise policy states that a temporary license is not sufficient for a car rental. I gave him my Kansas license as my proof of identify and he told me to go rent from Avis, across the way, as there was nothing he could do for me. So I did, and Avis rented to me without a problem. Horrible service.

My experience at Enterprise @ the Kansas City airport was awesome! I had a one-way rental & asked about changing the drop-off to a different location. They were very accomodating...and the change actually lowered the price on my rental! I was upgraded to a larger car which was very clean and right outside the door. I have already reserved my next car in Dallas next week!

I rented a car to be picked up at the Raytown, Mo, office at 12 noon. I arrived late to find the office closed. I then see that the office closed at 12 noon, which I was not aware of. If I had known that I would have booked the car for 11:30 AM. I then had to go to the airport which is 40 miles from my home to pick up the car, I was also charged an extra fee.
Car was fine, and the service was very good!

Upon arriving at the rental counter everything went well until I had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to walk me to my rental along with outer customers due to there not being enough employees staffed to handle the customers (3). Our car selection was non existent and we had to settle for a silver Nissan Altima. After inspecting the car we noticed there were cigarette buys under the driver seat and the car was filthy inside and outside. With no other options available that included heated seats we were forced to take the car. Once we got to our destination and prepared for a road trip I noticed 2 rear seat belts were missing from the seat cushion. Needless to say we couldn't fit everyone in the car as planned. I returned the car and informed the employee of my issues but couldn't stay to discuss with a manager. I was informed I would receive a call after giving my email and phone number. I was given a $20 credit but I requested a call from the Branch manager for further action.UPSET

Kansas City has very tight parking . I rented a Spark and could park it anywhere. Very cute and easy to drive. Upon return I left my Ipad in the car. When I mentioned it to the associate there he remembered the Ipad and retrieved it for me. His name was Zane and he is a manager there. Great experience! Thank You , Zane!

Customer service was great we used the kiosk when we got there and there was a representative handy to take us out to get our vehicle and he explained everything in detail to us and when we returned it was very quick & efficient we had no problems whatsoever great services with great prices!

I've never had any problems with Enterprise EVER! Their cars are clean and maintained. The Enterprise and KC International Airport is an easy in and out. I'd recommend Enterprise to anyone.
