They have reasonable rates for their apartments, but they are not nice. They have no 24 hour maintenance. You leave a message and they get back to you the next day, no matter the emergency. And sometimes they don't get back to you at all.

My girlfriend found these guys through a waitress on the plaza. We both work on the plaza and moved into a cool old apartment building off 39th street. The girlfriend loves the hardwoods and balcony and I like that they haven't raised our rent in 3yrs! I recommend them to anyone--maintenance gets things done fast especially emergencies--I've seen Mellisa be hard on some people but she is always nice to us and if you need to be late with rent she's cool as hell. Most important we have a pit and they are super clear that as long as you are a good owner they don't restrict on breed. Also how can someone give a bad review to somewhere they didn't even live?? I recommend these apartments and Ellis to anyone
