Dr. Fran has been my chiropractor for a few years now and I love the care I have received from her! She is upfront, knowledgeable and friendly. The office has been totally updated since Dr. Fran took over the practice last year and provides a relaxing environment that I look forward to going to. Both of their massage therapists are also great. I love Chandra's deep tissue massages! With the combination of Dr. Fran and massage therapy my tension headaches are gone. I would recommend this chiropractor to anyone, including busy professionals in the downtown/plaza area; I am in and out in 20 minutes during my lunch hour. "

A graduate of the Cortiva Institute, Kyle has received training in modalities including Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy and complete a 100 hour orthopedic massage certification course taught by Tom Karis OMT.

Spinal Adjustments
At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
Nutritional Consultation
What does nutrition have to do with chiropractic care? The goal of chiropractic care is to help patients achieve total health and balance with their body, and as part of that goal we provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices. Most insurance plans are accepted at our chiropractic office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a chiropractic care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.
Acupressure
Cynthia McKay has been practicing massage therapy for over 18 years. A graduate of WellSpring School of Allied Health, she is licensed by the state of Missouri, Nationally Certified, and a member of the ABMP Massage Association. Cynthia has achieved additional certification in Myo-fascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Breathwork and Shiatsu (acupressure). Cynthia intentionally creates a massage that will suit your specific needs by utilizing different therapies to focus on your priorities and address them one layer at a time. She encourages her clients to be active participants in their healing process and as a practitioner brings balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit through particular breathing techniques and her nurturing and therapeutic touch. Cynthia truly enjoys facilitating your personal goals towards wellness, empowerment and improvement.
