Brookside Nails A

As a licensed cosmetologist for 8 years now, this is the very first time I have ever left any type of service without leaving at least a 10% tip. I was horrified by the service I received and was ready to get up and walk out mid pedicure. (I came in for a mani/pedi combo and left before the manicure.) It was the worst service & pedicure I have ever received. Very rushed & sloppy, no products used, no massage, and I was cut on the bottom of my heel.



I also advice anyone to be cautious of their sanitation conditions. Infections spread quickly in a nail salon (especially since they use cuticle clippers which are not legal by missouri state law) I was repulsed by their lack of cleanliness and sanitation of tools in between clients.
