Bishop Spencer Place

Reading the review by SherriC2005 makes me question her friend's experience. I have been a resident of Bishop Spencer Place for nearly four years and can count on one hand the number of poor meals I h had. Of course I am a resident of the independent living facility and can not speak to the nursing facility but to say that the people I know who have had to use that service found it acceptable certainly no worse than similar facilities in the city. I can only say that in my experience any stay in a skilled nursing facility is not the most pleasant of experiences.

BSP is a lovely facility, and the staff seemed okay, but there is something wrong because when my friend was there after surgery, the residents cheered when she told them she was going elsewhere to eat. When she did eat in her wing, there was never enough food. I would not send anyone there!
