Beadz Galore offers great beads, jewelry findings, etc. at excellent prices. I have been a regular customer at this store for several years and enjoy the ever-changing inventory and excellent customer service I have experienced during each visit. I do not agree with several of the reviews that claim the product offered at Beadz Galore is of poor quality, nor do I agree with any complaint regarding customer service. I have always found the store's manager and staff to be friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, and I have purchsed many high-quality beads and other products at this store. Thank you, Janice and staff, for your courtesy, helpfulness, and encouragement when I have asked for assistance with locating a product or am working on challenging pieces. The free classes are great, and my day is always a bit brighter after a visit to this store.
Beadz Galore is by far the best shop i have ever found for many things! There service is second to none and they always are getting in new product with a never ending selection of product. Having been in retail for well over 14 years now i must say i am impressed! The staff is also just as awesome as the store itself! Very Fast and friendly!
Customer service, selection, & price are the best at Beadz Galore. Janice Hynds, the Manager & her great staff treat everyone as their Friends. Actually alot of my friends, I have met at Beadz Galore in their great FREE classes. The prices can't be beat by any other Bead store in KC. I have met many people shopping in the store, who drive from out of state, just to shop at Beadz Galore. Just want to say Thank you to Janice & the girls for helping me make my jewelry business sucessful & FUN!
The customer service at this BEAD Store is FANTASTIC. Janice Hynds the Manager & her staff go above & beyond normal customer service. They try to help you so that you are sucessfull in all your needs. The Free classes are great. The in store selections is fantastic. If you need something special, just ask Janice, she is always looking for new things us beaders want. I just want to thank Beadz Galore for all the FUN I have when shopping at your store.
I have had nothing but great experiences at Beadz Galore. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have fabulous low prices and free classes! Their inventory is usually quite large. They dont carry Swarovskis, but carry beautifulPreciosa crystals at a very affordable price. They also sell their handmade jewelry that is both beautiful and affordable. I like to make chainmaille jewelry, so I'd like them to carry anodized aluminum jump rings in lots of colors. They may do this as they grow. They've only been in business for 3 years, so I suspect they may broaden their jump ring inventory as they grow. Believe me, if you want to save money and have a terrific shopping experience, its worth the drive to Martin City, Missouri, to shop at Beadz Galore!
I did not like this bead store at all. Don't like the way it is set up, don't like the beads, don't like the help. I was told by friends that they have good prices but when I saw the beads I understood why. The beads are not of good quality. The other stores have much better quality and you get what you pay for. My opinion...stay away and go to the other shops. Beadazzler and The Bead Shop are nice and close to each other so you can hit both on one trip. Also, the other stores in the area have much better customer service. This shop doesn't know what the word customer service means. I needed help with a project and they acted "put out" that I was picking their brain. I left, went to The Bead Shop, and picked their brain and they were more than willing to share their creative ideas.
I am working on bridesmaid necklaces for a clients wedding, I needed a few more swarovski pearls to finish the pieces. I called Beadz Galore to ask if they had the specific color and size that I needed. I was told I would just have to come there to see, she didn't have time to look. My jaw hit the floor. I promptly told her I didn't have time take the 30 minute drive there to check to see if they had what I needed; I told her I won't be coming.....ever! What kind of business treats their customers like that? Wow! FYI to the business owner...this girl needs to go if you want your customers to return.
