I have been using them for many years and on several properties. They do a great job of finding me renters and even though I manage my own properties they have been invaluable in answering any questions and helping me with any problems.
They let me know what I need to do to keep my properties up to date so I can get top rent. They won't just rent to everyone and they won't just rent for anyone, they have their standards and so do I.
As long as I have rental properties they will be the only placement / management company I will use.
Apartment Rental Connection is purely a free locator service, so I do not get the first person who rated is saying it is a waste of money. It is sooo simple: I went in and was greeted and then they helped me locate a house for me to rent, there were many different options my girl gave me and I could not of been happier to have the weight of searching 900 different websites trying to find the perfect place! Wayyy to many options. Highly recommend it :)
Apartment & Rental Connections? I don't think so! I've visited this "hole in the wall" several times before and it was kind of like walking into a childcare facility with no adult supervision! The puppets that seem to be employed there are of little assistance, do no more than take messages and can't seem to provide any other service, either because of incompotence or simply can't make a decision without the managers approval. This is nothing more than a call center with messages being taken, and, if you would like, you also have the option to be passed to voicemail! Goodluck with that callback! Ann Carroll, owner, manager, or whatever she may call herself plays hooky most days and cannot be reached. The "fill in the blank" contract that she threw together was typed up incorrectly and locked the tenants in for 13 months rather than the requested 12. I can't imagine this company not having a high turn over rate. Afterall, it seems to be on "auto pilot" most of the time. Sure, I would like to write about a pleasant experience I have had, where as a customer paying for a service I felt like my interests and needs were being met. that hasn't been the case. My only regret is not dumping this company shortly after I agreed to do business with them! I can't imagine customer service being any better for any other service they claim to provide. I've learned through experience, so you don't have to! KG
