Whatever you do, don't take your cell phone to this place. Called first, told them I was coming in and was assured the cracked glass on my phone would be fixed in three hours. This was important since it is my only phone. Took it in, and when I went back three hours later it hadn't been touched. The clerk looked and acted like a bored high school student and had an attitude to match. He seemed to just want to get back to his phone call and didn't care that he had just wasted my afternoon. He acted like he couldn't care less about customer service, and it showed. I wouldn't trust this company to mow my lawn, much less work on my phone.
buyer beware will tell you anything to get you to purchase one of their factory reject phones and when you have problems you are on your own. I would not recomend doing busniess with quest wireless you get better service at a pawn shop.
They cheated me. "Fixed" my broken screen, turns out that the screen ends up not working with poor quality handiwork, and then got to not wanting to rectify their mistakes saying "the person who repaired your phone will fix it". I asked where is that person, they said "he isnt here". So I asked who will fix my phone? They said "not me, come back later". When I became adamant in getting my phone fixed after having visited the place three times before, the asst. manager used foul language and told me to get out of the shop. I actually dont know my rights on how I could teach them a lesson for this "customer service", but I am cheated. Please don't support this business here. They dont deserve to be in business.
Took my daughters iPhone in to replace the cracked screen. He said he could have it done in an hour and it would be 85 bucks. I said ok, and I'll be back in an hour. Went back, the phone looked good, I took it home to my daughter. As soon as she went to snap the case back onto it, the screen cracked again. I called Cell Tech to see if this was covered under their 30 day warranty, and he said that physical damage is not covered. I told him that I felt the replacement screen he put in shouldn't have cracked that easily just from snapping it into the case. He said he would replace it at a discounted price and that's the best he could do. I said I wanted him to fix it at no additional cost to me. He said "I don't know what to tell ya". Cell Tech seriously lacks in customer service. It may cost a little more to get it done right, but I would recommend spending the extra money to have it done right the first time. YP doesn't let you give zero stars or I would.

THEY HAE HAD MY ATRIX 2 FOR 7 MONTHS AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. NOW THEY ARE COMPLAINING THAT A LONER THEY GAVE ME GOT STOLEN. A CHEAP IPHONE 3. I THINK THAT IT WOULD TAKE SEERAL OF THOSE TO MAKE UP FOR A 600 DOLLAR PHONE THAT YOU HAVE KEPT HOSTAGE SO LONG ITS NOT UNDER WARANTY ANYMORE. WISH I DIDNT TRY TO SAVE TIME BY USING THIS PLACE. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO GIE MY PHONE BACK.
At first cell-tech gave me good service. My touch phone screen needed to be ordered and they placed the order. The estimated total was going to be around $60 according to the first guy I spoke to. I took my phone in there and then they tried to replace it but they had ordered the wrong screen! They placed another order and then I was told it would be in, and I have waited 2 weeks!! I went and just took my phone and the other guy told me for my inconvenience he would take 10% off but when I asked how much it would cost with the discount the total was $97 instead of $60! They need to get their facts straight when setting a price! Now that they took it apart my screen won't work anymore so that makes me think that if I got a new screen how do I know it would work?! I'm taking my business elsewhere.
*WARNING* -SCAM- If I could give this a negative ten, I would! I am an ex-"employee" of this store. How can I scream SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Worked for this poor excuse for a small business and not only is the place a rip off to customers, they screw their own "employees"! Here are a few examples that I witnessed first hand: -CUSTOMER RIP OFFS-* They do not inform any unknowing customer that if you have your phone repaired by them, it voids any warranty you may have for good. Period.* DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH THEM FOR REPAIR! In my time of being there, I witnessed several phones not working correctly after repairs. Little do people know, when you drop it off, they have you sign a waiver stating any damage and any lost information is not their fault. And to top it off, their "Tech" is the only employee who also carries the title of Store Manager, who they require to have NO EXPERIENCE repairing phones. (They trained me for two days, I observed four phones being repaired-two of which did not work after the repair. Then they threw me to the "wolves".) They have you watch a YouTube video on how to repair the phones. PEOPLE! You can do this yourselves! Purchase the parts off of ebay-that's exactly what they do! They DO NOT give refunds. No questions. You'll be lucky to get 25% off of a used phone in stock if your phone doesn't work upon pick up. And you still lose the repair cost!!!! Ha!!! It's a joke! I can't believe they are still in business! *You are better off selling your used phone on craigslist! They will buy it from you for less than half than you could sell it yourself for. *Be careful when you purchase a phone from them! It does come with a 45 day warranty...BUT they are VERY STRICT about you having YOUR copy of your receipt and it not being one day over 45 days! And ABSOLUTELY NO CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT!!! Just remember: this business is not driven by good customer service. Their motto is more like get everyone's money that you can, and once you do-rather than refunding anything, offer them a discount if they give you more.* This doesn't touch the horrible service from not caring about customers to not having cash in the register for transactions.-EMPLOYEE RIP OFFS-* They employ one person at the Kansas City location. Remember, this place is open 7 days a week. M-F 9a-7p, Sat 10a-5p, Sun 12n-5p. Do the math, at minimum (not including staying after to do closing paper work) this person is working 62 hours a week. With NO DAYS OFF!* Not only do they over work their employees, they have found a way to scam as well. They claim you as an "Independent Contractor" in order to duck paying employee comp insurance and unemployment insurance. They leave you to pay your own taxes, with no social security or medicare deductions. They tell you to take money from the register for your pay and if it's not there, you don't get paid. No paper trail of hours, etc.* They UNDERPAY badly. You are paid SALARY at $500/week for 62+ hours. Do the math. At the most, they are paying $8.50 an hour with no overtime pay. ??WHAT??!!!!* Then, when you quit because you've had enough, they don't pay you for any time they owe you. They owe me $1100 I am having to pursue in court. I talked to a previous manager, who informed me they owe him $1400, and owe the manager before him a "good chunk" as well. * Now to see reviews where they are telling customers the "EMPLOYEE" sold them the phone and are responsible for it rather than the company! This repetitive abuse is getting really old!!! All I can say, is that will NOT stand up in court, as there is no contract to make these EMPLOYEES independent contractors and there for are not responsible for the merchandise the store is selling. What a joke for real!!!THE BEST ADVISE I CAN GIVE YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE: STAY AWAY!!!!
The service was incredible. They had my cracked iPhone screen fixed in under 30 minutes! It was at least $20 cheaper than the franchises! I would definately recommend Quest Wireless. They also buy phones for cash! I brought my old iPod and galaxy in and got $ on the spot!
