I wish I had checked out the company before placing an order. Not at all impressed with customer service.
We switched from another office supply company to Office Solutions Group after one of their sales reps came in to our offices. The first couple orders were processed smoothly. On 4/18/13 I tried to log onto our account online with Office Solutions Group and it wouldn’t work. I called the company and they advised they switched a bunch of stuff around and that I would have to set up another account. A huge hassle when we had an order to get placed, you would think they would e-mail or contact customers to let them know they would need to re set up their accounts. I said I would do that and place an order that day. I did so and even received a confirmation email for my order. We never received our order. I contacted Office Solutions Group via e-mail on 4/30/13 with a forward of my confirmation e-mail and inquired that status of our order. At the end of the business day on 4/30/13 a woman called from Office Solutions Group and said her boss told her to call because no one knew what was going on with our order, in fact they said they never received our order and that she didn’t know they were still taking order from corporate clients. Interesting that was news to me. On 5/1/13 midday there was still no word on our order so I call again and spoke with Terry. Terry feeds me a line about changing computer software and website systems. To put in bluntly, that isn’t any fault of my companies and shouldn’t impact the service provided to my company. I have now waited nearly two weeks for office supplies a new employee has been waiting on. After not getting an apology or information on how the issue will be corrected I opted to cancel our order. I advised Terry to please cancel our order and that we would be going back to our old office supply provider. He was very flip when I said that, “Whatever you say ma’am have a good day.” The customer service here is terrible; I will never do business with this company again and will be letting other colleagues in the area know of the awful service and treatment we received.
