Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Enterprise about 11 and RJ was there to greet us and very friendly. Skyler took us to our car and also was very friendly. They got us in our car very quickly. Thank you and we will use Enterprise again.
These guys working the KC airport Enterprise are the best! In spite of freezing weather, they are polite and take the time to answer all my questions. I won't use any other car rental company (and believe me, I've tried 'em all!)
I travel for business for a very large company. I have to say most of the time everything is fantastic. I was a bit disappointed this time. The car was filthy on the outside. The gentleman said it was because it is too cold to wash the cars. I can understand that but at least do the windows. I could not see a thing out the back window and had to wash the front window at a gas station after I left the lot and realized I could not see well through the dirt
This was my first experience renting a vehicle. The staff at Enterprise was phenomenal! They answered all my questions before I even asked them. They were extremely polite and helpful. The car, a Chevy cruise, was clean and cute and in great condition. I will definitely use Enterprise again!
I completely forgot to book my car for my trip, was able to book it online from the airport. They had my reservation with no issues, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Walked me out to the car, did the walk around with me and I was on my way. Just a wonderful experience all around, very first class.
Being a member of the Emerald Club with National Car Rental is a wonderful, great, quick and hassle-free experience. You do not have to check in with anyone.....when you get off the plane you simply walk to the car of your choice and take-off.Thank you for making renting a car so easy.!
Fast stream lined process. Extremely courteous service. Upon returning the car we left a valuable bag in the trunk prior to heading to the airport terminal. Went back and at least 5 staff assisted in running around the lot looking for the car. Found the bag and made our flight. Thank you Enterprise at Kansas City International.
While I have been generally satisfied with renting cars from Enterprise my pick up experience at the Kansas City Airport last Thursday was less than satisfactory. The agent was very pushy regarding the insurance option. When I indicated I was not interested in this option he kept insisting that if I bring the car back damaged I would be on the hook for it. Very un professional and very intimidating - not to mention rude. I know Enterprise makes money on this option but please quit the dramatics and the over the top pushy behavior. 2 thumbs down UGH!!!! Come on Enterprise you can do better than this.
I just became a Emerald member. Booked a mid-size vehicle at KCI expecting to find small SUV's. There were many SUV's and mid size cars to choose. I happened to luck out as a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan was sitting in the Emerald Isle area. I jumped into that one as it was precisely the size I wished for but couldn't afford. Great vehicle, clean and loaded with options. I felt like I was doing something wrong or that they had parked it in the wrong area. Very happy with the vehicle, attendant receiving the vehicle at 5am was courteous, pleasant and got me on my way in seconds flat. I will most definitely stick with National.
