Very Disappointed, The whole process has been a disaster, The owner of this place William Hawkins is a liar with a big mouth, He keeps threatening us, we have his drunk text messages and emails at 3:00 am. He threatened to share our private information if we didn't leave him a good review, we can share all of it, He stole $1500 from us and never got us a loan, He also never disclosed any information and does not have a PRIVACY PILICY in place, We have contacted the authorities for privacy issues and the Missouri attorney generals office for fraud, We will take Hawkins to small claims court under the Missouri consumers protection act and hopefully get our money back, never mind the six months wasted and our private information being shared with god knows who. "Please be aware" You can just walk into a bank and get a loan, don't fall into this trap like we did. It has been the absolute worst experience of all.
Hawkins Financial Service is a big scam, They are con artist, they charge huge application fees up front and then they give you the run around for about six months or more; They lied to us about the process and charged us a $1500 up front application fee, they would NOT disclose anything, lots of cheap talk by the owner William Hawkins The whole process was a huge waste of time and money, be aware. We are going to file an official complaint through Missouri's consumer protection and the attorney generals office.
Feel totally taken advantage of by them. They are not a trustworthy, honest or reliable company to do business with. We wanted life insurance, they didn't provide to my spouse, just myself, due to results of physical. When I came in to the office to pick up my personal financial paperwork I had entrusted to them for financial advise, they strong armed me into signing for an auto draft with drawl life insurance policy for MYSELF! Under duress I signed and wanted to cancel, but my agent, who up until this time, was gracious, courteous, and prompt with replies to my questions has failed to respond to my recent requests to NOT add additional coverage to my policy. I learned about this in August and immediately communicated to not increase my coverage and an increase to our auto draft withdrawals were out of our budget at this time.
