Poor customer service, I've left messages for Justine numerous time and she has yet to return my call. I need to rollover an IRA and only have 10 days per the bank before they will "automatically" reinvest it for me. Every time I have dealt with this bank it has been an issue, as they very difficult processes that none of the rest of the banks I deal with have. Can't wait to move my money!!

i have gone this back to open a account and after 5 day of fixing the problem what tel-check screwed up on the check report and git it all fix after hours on the phone then the bank tell me that they Don't want to open the account do to other reasons what they say they can't tell me at all No i will not recommend this back to no one at all not now or later or any time they have very rude stuff and managers name by (barb)
I have used Academy Bank for the past 5 years and am closing my account this weekend. Your team has arbitrarily removed my account access at any given time multiple times over the last 5 years with zero warning. This happened once again this morning, when I had a minor emergency and needed to transfer funds from my savings to my checking account. Upon trying to login, I received an "invalid access token" error and was unable to access my account for 1.5 hours - that is, until I went to work. I was able to login at work, but not on my home computer which raises concerns about the security of my online account.Anyway, I called this morning to try and have this resolved and was on hold for NINE minutes before hanging up - not ever having gotten hold of one person - and resorting to the chat option. I do not prefer the chat option because I tend to get an attitude from the people I've spoken with.Additionally, your company changed the routing number on my account without informing me - I believe during 2015 or 2016 - making me late on my bills one month. After this was done - without my permission OR consent - I asked for new checks that reflect this new number, and your company told me I needed to BUY MY OWN - Regardless of the fact that I was supplied with about 5 books of checks when I first opened my account. It is absolutely unacceptable to have removed access to my bank account without informing me, not once, but multiple times over the past 5 years and arbitrarily change my account information without ONCE letting me know beforehand.Because of these experiences, your company has hurt my credit standing and personal finances. For these reasons. Your company's incompetence could be considered criminal in some circles, given the apparent recklessness and apathy when it comes to protecting personal information, not to mention the lack of regard for timely and clear communication regarding my account.I would highly recommend either reconsidering your company's business model or wiping the slate clean and bringing in competent, trained staff who understand the seriousness of these issues.
My business checking account is free! The employees are very accommodating and experienced. Overall this bank has the lowest fees around. I'm moving my personal accounts over here.
Mr. Darr provides No communication on required documentation. No communication on status of the loan process. By the time he does return your calls and emails, it's too late and you have to start the process all over again. Then treats you like it's your fault for not knowing. C'mon !! I expect a higher level of professionalism from US Bank!!!
This has to be the worst bank I have ever seen... They are slow I waited around for 30 mins just to open a new account. While one of the bankers just handed out candy... After waiting around for 30 plus mins I just walked away.... They really need new staff there... Not a good way our a first impression on why I should do business with them .����
Not helpful, not courteous, I felt like they would rather I will go somewhere else. I moved here from Springfield Missouri and it was always a good experience in Springfield Missouri
This bank is terrible. My husband took a cashiers check which is guaranteed f funds and the tellers had no manager there to approve an amount over $1000 so they refused to cash it! They told us we could drive to another branch with a manager present but they refused to give us the money. Horriblel customer service!!!! Do not EVER bank here.
Everyone has been very polite and helpful to me. They are busy and not any slower than other banks I used.
