After having three kids in school for over ten years, we have had much interaction with RPG. At the middle school and high schools where my kids go to school, pictures are taken before school starts on the day they pick up schedules etc. The folks have always been nice and pleasant but the photographer has not always been. It would be nice if the photographer would take a little more time to take flattering pictures of my children instead of just getting the job done. Please help a parent out if hairs are standing up or glasses are a bit crooked! If we are paying for them, it would make sense to do it right the first time and save time and expense on both ends.

My experience with Lil' Angels Photography was exceptional! The staff was so good during my daughters session. I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful quality of the photos, the props and trendy backdrops (not cheesy like other school photos) and the price was very reasonable too. Just an overall wonderful company! Thank you Lil' Angels for preserving these beautiful photos to display in our home and have these to look back on as out lil' angel grows up.
I'm not really sure where to begin. What struck my interest in purchasing these photos was my son's smile and his cute pose at his daycare. We decided to order the CD with all 7 poses. After we received the images, we noticed the quality was extremely low. As a photographer and graphic designer, I raised the question as to why the pixel count was so low in the camera. I reached out to Robyn and she said, "due to volume, they do not shoot HQ quality." Understandable. She also said, "They can easily be blown up to 20x24." That would be extremely blurry! We then requested the original files only to find out that the photos were taken at an extreme wide angle (24mm lens). Not only could you see the set, but you could see the carpet, tape, doors, c-stands and everything around the subject. Why on earth would a professional photographer shoot so wide using a 24mm-105mm zoom lens, and not zoom in on the subject? The metadata on the images clearly shows all of this info "Lens used 24-105, shot at 24mm." The common camera on a smartphone uses a 24mm lens. Do the math. Long story short, the images were cropped so 2/3rds of the picture were lost. (See the attached picture) Now I can see why the final images were low resolution. That's just lazy. I'm sure the average customer would have no idea what they were buying.I contacted the corporate office (this is a franchise company) to express my concern, but the only feedback I received was "Please contact the person who you paid." I could tell he wasn't interested in my concern. His only comment was "She's good and it could have been an assistant shooting the photos." I tried to reach out to Robyn expressing my issue, but she hasn't returned my emails. I honestly thought maybe she did have her assistant take the photos. But from her past emails, it sounded like she took the photos. I honestly wouldn't recommend based on the comparison of the original pictures vs cropped/final images. Amateur framing and bad cropping.
I do not recommend their services for school photos. I’m not sure why our school uses them. We placed the order before we saw any photos. Then we refused pick up of the first photo taken. Didn’t get photos until October and it was the first package of photos they took back in August that we did not want. Now it’s October and we’re ordering the retake that were taken back in September now. 4-5 weeks
They took pics at my daughters school and when everybody's pictures came in they forgot mine, the teacher said she'd call them but I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks so I called myself and they told me i should have called earlier but no, they should not have overlooked my order.. very unprofessional. Also they said they'd send me a free cd with all the pics for my wait. Well its been about over 3 months now and i just got my pics today. And no cd! Not to mention overpriced for the quality and i know good pics bc my mom is a professional photographer. And she couldn't believe how unprofessional they are with everything! Never ordering from them again.
Christine has worked with us for several sessions now. Once you work with her once, you will understand why. She is very easy going, very flexible and very talented! She takes control of the photo session, telling you how to pose and how to move, but also listens whole heartedly to what vision you have in mind. She gets your photos back to you quickly and they are gorgeously edited to bring out all of the best features. She is all the things you hope for in a photographer but at a price that is actually attainable!
Christine is absolutely amazing. She does great work with my kids, even my daughter who has always hated her pictures taking Christine always gets great shots. She has been doing my kids for almost 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is very dependable and I always get great results! I would recommend her to anyone!
Christine is amazing!! My fiancé and I are thrilled with our engagement photos, and are so excited to work with her again for the wedding!!
