Parkway Oaks is alright. The community is lovely. We have lived here for over a year now. We have a functional gym, a decent swimming pool, and a dog park(although its only contained by a fence with nothing in it) for our furry friends. The maintenance crew are usually quick to fix issues around the community and in the homes, although some are not as detail oriented as others. When it comes to winter weather you might as well salt your own porch and shovel your own drive as it's usually too late by the time maintenance gets around to doing it. A couple of downfalls to note about the community is we do not have designated office hours and the streets within the community have been ruined by the construction that took place to build the community and there is nothing slated for fixing the roads. This community is ran by another leasing company called Falcon Falls and if there is a need for management we have to go there. If there are community events we are merged in with Falcon Falls so it feels as if we are Falcon Falls instead of Parkway Oaks. Management doesn't have the professionalism of other places and they don't really care how they talk to you. The rules for the community are not really enforced so you will see dog feces from time to time as not everyone cleans up after their pets, although this is probably overlooked as I stated above we do not have designated office staff on location. Overall, the community is nice. It's a quiet community overall and everyone is very friendly.
I moved into Parkway Oaks, despite the seemingly terrible reviews after meeting with the great leasing staff. They treated me really well and spent time to find the perfect place for me. The community is brand new and almost done with construction. I have lived here 3 months and can not think of a single complaint. They are very responsive when I've needed something inside the home fixed and always nice when I call the office. Don't hesitate to lease here because of the false reviews!
the manager and the leasing manager Tracy they are troublemakers they don't give people a chance to even get into their apartment before their judge you she's very rude she's very nasty and she need to know how to talk to people before someone to do something to her she's an ex police officer she's very very fried and she kick people out for no reason when their boyfriend and jumped on them
!!!!!Don't waste your time!!!!!!.Lies, Lies, Lies, We have lived under a construction zone for over a year thinking we would have a chance at a pool. Well there is one but it doesn't have any water in it or patio furniture. They will not say whether or not it will be open for the summer. Complete Hog Wash. Worst experience I have ever had. The only reason they get a star is because they have to in order to post this review.
False promises. Said they would have a pool 2015 spring. It's almost July and they ant give us an answer on whether or not it will be open this summer. Frustrating, considering we have lived in a construction zone for a year
Avoid at all costs! They have the audacity to charge premium rent in the midst of a construction zone. The owners Parkway Oaks decided to build townhomes and duplexes around the existing few townhomes. Not only were the residents not informed, we are forced to live in a construction zone. The construction crews are sketchy, illegal workers that have stolen cars and property and treat the grounds like their very own landfill. Beer bottles, old car batteries, spare tires, food, food containers.. you name it. It is littered all over. The crews park their vehicles on both sides of the road, often making it difficult to impossible to access your own driveway. The construction vehicles have created huge potholes in the road. Construction is 7 days a week 12 hours a day. Each morning we get to wake up to Mexican music blasted so the entire construction crew and residents can hear it. Along with this construction, there is mud, rocks, nails..everywhere. You can't walk outside. And even if you did, you will be looked up and down by the sketchy construction workers. Beyond this, the townhomes are poorly built. Nails are popping out of drywall, doors don't shut, ac vents were built into walls with no duct work, the toilets aren't vented properly which has caused poor flushing and a back up of sewer smells. Bugs are everywhere (probably due to the construction) The 2 car garage is tiny and won't fit 2 bigger sized vehicles, and the washer and dryer happens to be a tiny stackable unit that holds very little. The dryer barely works, taking 4 cycles to actually dry clothes. The exterior of the properties are not being maintained as the vinyl siding has mold growing all over. And for all this, the owners of Parkway Oaks have been so gracious as to allow us to break the lease (only at the threat of legal action) and they have given us less than 30 days to leave. Avoid this place!
