Excellent customer service! I have used these guys for my InSinkErator, Marley and Emerson parts and accessories for years. They have the obscure parts that other companies don't want to mess with and when they don't have it they save me time/money by sourcing the part for me. There is always a live, friendly person to help figure out what I need the first time and when working outside of the area or state as I often do they ship my parts the same day I order. Could not be happier with Carroll & after reading a review left by a customer that was angry with their Home Warranty Company and carelessly misdirected their anger towards Carroll I had to share my experience.

Poorly and RUDE customer services, place filled up of damaged merchandise, plus even if your done take the merchandise out of the store they still want to get your money for anything they feel like it, such of a restocking fees while you never take the merchandise with you. They fail to tell you that merchandise is broken or very damage and then don’t even want to give your money back while you never even leave the place to start with. Scam, they told me a couch was in a very good condition when I arrived to the store it was damaged with holes all over the place. Make your money worth and go elsewhere. This place is full of damaged, dented and not working or operating good items. Basically they stole yesterday from me $35 for restocking fees while I never leave the store and never took a single piece out of that place on top of that they fail to tell me that the merchandise was severy damaged with broken chairs... this place know nothing about been honest and have not integrity at all.
been there 3 times every time got a great price , fast service and always been friendly. One issue with a part and felt they went above and beyond what I expected will return and recommend them to everyone.
Simple to make an appointment online. I received a phone call and text message establishing a one- or two-hour window when the technician would show up, and he was right on time. He gave me a good summary of my options. I had him replace a part, and my washing machine seems to be running perfectly once again.
I have bought several things from them over the last 2 and a half years totalling roughly 1,500 dollars. When I had my washer/dryer delivered in February they chipped a small piece of linoleum from the floor. Since then my washer has stopped working and called them to have it repaired and picked up. When they picked it up not only did they leave their muddy footprints on my carpeting, they tore up my linoleum flooring. And when I called to confront them about this issue, they said that they will not bring my washer back and that I would have to pick it up. If I had someone with a truck I would of saved myself a pick up/delivery charge and do it myself. Even when asking if they can bring it to my house and I would load it inside they denied me again. They had the same guy that ruined my flooring come out to my home at 730 at night to take pictures of the damages after he sat there telling me he didn't do it and that he is being suspended. If he didn't do it why would they suspend him? They told me it's from the first guy that delivered it and that I would have to deal with him? Me? Shouldn't the owner or manager deal with this? I still don't know what's wrong with my washer.. DONT GO HERE! It's cheap for a reason.
I was just looking around town when i found this place and i was surprised at how big this place was. They had all sorts of furniture and appliances. The people were very upbeat and helpful. After shopping around i came back because i couldnt find a better deal in kansas city....so yay new stove
NEVER use them. HORRIBLE!!!
