If I could give 0 stars, I would! Not only they were late, and did not call to notify us, but when they showed up, we could not decide if the car was more dirty on the outside or on the inside. We went along with the ride, because it was very early morning, and we did not want to miss our flight, but we almost ended up regretting it, because the driver was in a trans state. Did not know, if he was tired or he was high. He kept driving over the shoulder for about 80% of the longest 40 minutes ride to the airport. What a horrible experience!...Never again!

The cab driver had decided to use disgusting language towards me during a visit as a customer. He was ignorant for the tone and did not follow county ordinance, In charlack Missouri the ordinance states that we cannot authorize pumps for fillups regardless if it is a taxi cab or a person. Throwing your paypal card at me as an individual and making rude remarks should not be allowed for a service that serves the puplic. Danny Shipley Cab number 313 as of 6/15/2017 should not be allowed to drive a taxi cab if he cant even be a caring or respectful person to begin with.
